【摘要】：文章通過(guò)搜集林業(yè)上市公司在2006年1月1日至2017年7月31日期間公布的股權(quán)激勵(lì)計(jì)劃,并對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)林業(yè)上市公司股權(quán)激勵(lì)主要存在撤銷及終止情況較嚴(yán)重、撤銷及終止情況披露不完善、激勵(lì)方式選擇不合理和業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)選取和設(shè)立不合理等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,提出完善股權(quán)激勵(lì)政策、加強(qiáng)資本市場(chǎng)的規(guī)范發(fā)展以及制定合理的股權(quán)激勵(lì)計(jì)劃等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Through collecting the stock right incentive plan published by forestry listed company from January 1st 2006 to July 31st 2017, and analyzing its present situation, it is found that the stock right incentive of forestry listed company mainly exists revocation and termination. The disclosures of revocation and termination are not perfect, the selection of incentive methods is unreasonable, and the selection and establishment of performance indicators are unreasonable. Strengthen the normative development of the capital market and formulate reasonable equity incentive plan and other countermeasures.
