【摘要】：貧困是社會發(fā)展的頑疾,扶貧是全面建成小康社會的重點和難點。黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記立足于中國扶貧開發(fā)工作實際,作出系列深刻的論述,形成了新時期扶貧開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想。習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于扶貧開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想,在價值維度上,彰顯了社會主義本質(zhì)要求;在實踐維度上,詮釋了扶貧攻堅的舉措;在目標(biāo)維度上,回應(yīng)了全面建成小康社會前進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:Poverty is a stubborn disease of social development, and poverty alleviation is the key and difficult point in building a well-off society in an all-round way. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of profound expositions based on the reality of poverty alleviation and development in China. The strategic thought of poverty alleviation and development in the new period has been formed. General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic thought on poverty alleviation and development has highlighted the essential requirements of socialism in the value dimension. In the practical dimension, it explains the measures to tackle the problems of poverty alleviation; In the goal dimension, it responds to the direction of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
