【摘要】：嘉慶元年以后甘肅糧價(jià)變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)明顯,糧價(jià)變動(dòng)特征呈現(xiàn)出階段性。1850年以前,甘肅糧價(jià)相對(duì)保持平穩(wěn),糧價(jià)波動(dòng)趨勢(shì)并不明顯。1850年以后,糧價(jià)波動(dòng)加劇。受回民事變的影響,甘肅糧價(jià)大漲�；孛袷伦兒�,糧價(jià)逐漸回落,但糧價(jià)波動(dòng)趨勢(shì)仍較為明顯,糧價(jià)的波動(dòng)亦呈現(xiàn)出地域特征,從東到西,糧價(jià)的波動(dòng)趨勢(shì)逐漸趨緩。1796—1911年,甘肅粟米、小麥、豌豆、青稞、糜子五種糧食作物的價(jià)格呈現(xiàn)出明顯的層次性。其中粟米、小麥的價(jià)格高于豌豆、青稞、糜子的價(jià)格。影響甘肅糧價(jià)的因素頗為復(fù)雜,自然災(zāi)害、社會(huì)動(dòng)亂、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、人口、銀價(jià)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)作物種植都對(duì)糧價(jià)有一定影響。其中自然災(zāi)害是影響甘肅糧價(jià)最主要的因素。除此之外,“回民事變”、“河湟事變”等戰(zhàn)亂導(dǎo)致甘肅糧價(jià)大漲。倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)對(duì)平抑糧價(jià)作用明顯,而人口對(duì)甘肅糧價(jià)的影響并不顯著,貨幣、經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的種植對(duì)甘肅糧價(jià)亦有一定的作用。一定程度上,糧價(jià)的波動(dòng)可以有效反映出市場(chǎng)整合程度的高低。
[Abstract]:After the first year of Jiaqing, Gansu grain price change trend is obvious, grain price change characteristic presents the stage. Before 1850, the Gansu grain price is relatively stable, the grain price fluctuation trend is not obvious. After 1850, the grain price fluctuation trend is not obvious. Because of the influence of the Hui people's incident, the grain price of Gansu rose greatly. After the Hui people incident, the grain price gradually fell down, but the fluctuation trend of grain price was still obvious, the fluctuation of grain price also showed the regional characteristic, from east to west. The fluctuation trend of grain prices gradually slowed down in 1796-1911, the prices of five grain crops in Gansu Province, such as corn, wheat, pea, highland barley and millet, showed obvious gradation. Among them, corn. The price of wheat is higher than that of peas, highland barley and millet. The factors affecting grain prices in Gansu are quite complex, natural disasters, social unrest, storage and population. Silver price and cash crop planting have certain influence on grain price. Among them, natural disaster is the most important factor affecting grain price in Gansu. In addition, "Hui people's incident". "Hehuang incident" and other wars led to a sharp rise in grain prices in Gansu. Storage has a significant effect on reducing grain prices, while the impact of population on food prices in Gansu is not significant, currency. To a certain extent, the fluctuation of grain price can effectively reflect the degree of market integration.
