【摘要】：隨著國家對“三農(nóng)”問題的重視,為了更好的服務(wù)農(nóng)村、提高農(nóng)民收入、改善農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),我國各級政府依托農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社進(jìn)行改善,壽光市也加大對農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的推廣,壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的數(shù)量得到迅速增加,同時相關(guān)的參與農(nóng)民數(shù)量也不斷增加,涉及的產(chǎn)業(yè)也趨于完善,雖然壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社在較短時間內(nèi)獲得較大發(fā)展,但與國外的合作社相比,壽光市的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社仍然存在較多問題,進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的空間更大。通過對我國合作社調(diào)研可知,我國農(nóng)民合作社最早始于20世紀(jì)80年代初期,相比于國外的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社,我國的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社存在的問題包括:起步晚、涉及產(chǎn)業(yè)較少、涵蓋農(nóng)民的范圍不足、農(nóng)民素質(zhì)偏低、缺乏可持續(xù)發(fā)展等,如若不能很好解決這些問題,則我國的合作社發(fā)展受到極大的限制。為了做好合作社經(jīng)營和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文從壽光市農(nóng)民合作社的經(jīng)營模式入手,通過對合作社經(jīng)營模式的相關(guān)理論和國外成功經(jīng)驗的學(xué)習(xí)研究,深入分析了壽光市合作社經(jīng)營模式中存在的問題和不足,并結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗提出了適合壽光市合作社的經(jīng)驗?zāi)Ｊ�。以期對解決壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展中的一大現(xiàn)實瓶頸問題——經(jīng)營發(fā)展模式問題提供政策參考,也可為其他農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社解決經(jīng)營模式發(fā)展提供借鑒。作者通過詳述壽光市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、基本特征、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展、經(jīng)營模式,并重點研究壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的多種經(jīng)營模式。根據(jù)我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及發(fā)達(dá)國家農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,找出其中的不足。針對具體情況,提出的相應(yīng)的改革措施,為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展提出指導(dǎo)性的意見。壽光市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)是壽光市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),通過研究壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社經(jīng)營模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)歸納壽光市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展中存在的問題,將其作為研究對象從合作社經(jīng)營服務(wù)、提升合作社的核心競爭力及發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流等方面闡述了完善壽光市農(nóng)民合作社經(jīng)營模式的對策建議,這樣的舉措能增強壽光市蔬菜在國內(nèi)及國際市場上的競爭力,進(jìn)而為我國的專業(yè)合作組織發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to better serve the countryside, raise the farmers' income and improve the agricultural industrial structure, the government at all levels of our country relies on the farmer specialized cooperative to carry on the improvement with the attention of the country to the "three rural" problem. Shouguang City also increased the promotion of farmers' professional cooperatives, Shouguang City farmers' professional cooperatives number has been rapidly increased, at the same time, the number of farmers involved in the increasing number of involved industries also tend to improve. Although Shouguang farmers' professional cooperatives in a relatively short period of time to obtain greater development, but compared with foreign cooperatives, Shouguang farmers' professional cooperatives still have more problems. The space for further development is greater. Through the investigation of cooperatives in our country, the farmers' cooperatives in our country started from the beginning of 1980s, compared with the specialized cooperatives of farmers abroad. The problems of specialized cooperatives of farmers in our country include: starting late, involving less industries, covering the scope of farmers is insufficient, the quality of farmers is low, lack of sustainable development, etc., if we can not solve these problems very well. The development of cooperatives in China is greatly restricted. In order to do a good job of cooperative management and sustainable development, this paper starts with the management model of Shouguang farmers' cooperatives. Through the relevant theory of cooperative management model and successful experience of foreign learning research, in-depth analysis of Shouguang City cooperative business model problems and shortcomings. And combined with their own work experience proposed suitable for Shouguang City cooperatives experience model, in order to solve Shouguang farmers' professional cooperatives in the development of a major practical bottleneck problem-management and development model to provide policy reference. It can also be used as a reference for other farmers' professional cooperatives to solve the development of business model. The author describes the development process, basic characteristics, industrial chain development, business model of Shouguang vegetable industry. And focus on Shouguang City farmers' professional cooperatives of diversified business models. According to the development of professional cooperatives of farmers in China and the experience of the development of professional cooperatives of farmers in developed countries. To find out the shortcomings. According to the specific situation, put forward the corresponding reform measures. In order to further promote the development of Shouguang farmers' professional cooperatives, Shouguang City's vegetable industry is the pillar industry in Shouguang's agricultural development. Through the study of Shouguang farmers' professional cooperative business model development status, summed up the problems in the development of Shouguang farmers' professional cooperatives, as the object of study from the cooperative management services. To improve the core competitiveness of cooperatives and the development of modern logistics and other aspects of the improvement of Shouguang City farmers cooperatives management mode of countermeasures and suggestions. Such measures can enhance the competitiveness of Shouguang vegetables in the domestic and international markets, and then provide reference for the development of professional cooperation organizations in China.
