【摘要】：為探討我國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率的現(xiàn)狀及其形成機理,綜合運用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)、GIS、泰爾指數(shù)等方法對中國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率的區(qū)域差異及其影響因素進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:1)中國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率呈緩慢上升趨勢,但總體仍然偏低,高效率省份上升幅度較小,低效率省份增長幅度較大。2)中國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率區(qū)域差異明顯,效率高值省份主要分布于東南沿海地區(qū)和西部部分省份,而低效率省份則集中分布于華北平原地區(qū),呈現(xiàn)由中部向南和向北增加的空間分布特征。3)由泰爾指數(shù)分析可知,中國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率區(qū)域差異呈總體縮小態(tài)勢,區(qū)域內(nèi)差異對總體差異影響較大。4)人均GDP對西部等經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率的影響相對較大,而中、東部地區(qū)則更易受到勞動力素質(zhì)的影響,農(nóng)業(yè)科研投資和農(nóng)作物受災(zāi)面積分別對東北和西部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)效率的影響最為強烈,農(nóng)業(yè)政策的實施效果由東部向西部增強。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the present situation and formation mechanism of agricultural green production efficiency in China, the production function GIS is used synthetically. The paper studies the regional differences of China's agricultural green production efficiency and its influencing factors by means of Tyr index. The results show that the green agricultural production efficiency of China is rising slowly, but the overall level is still low. The increase range of high efficiency provinces is small, and the increase range of low efficiency provinces is larger. 2) the regional differences of agricultural green production efficiency in China are obvious. The high efficiency provinces are mainly distributed in the southeast coastal areas and some western provinces. The inefficient provinces are concentrated in the North China Plain, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of increasing from the middle to the south and to the north. The regional differences of agricultural green production efficiency in China showed a general trend of narrowing. Intra-regional differences have a greater impact on the overall difference. 4) per capita GDP has a relatively greater impact on the agricultural green production efficiency in the less developed areas such as the west, while in the middle, the eastern region is more vulnerable to the influence of the quality of the labor force. The investment in agricultural research and the affected area of crops have the strongest influence on the efficiency of agricultural green production in northeast and western regions respectively, and the effect of agricultural policy implementation is enhanced from east to west.
