【摘要】：正產(chǎn)城融合,是指產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與城市功能協(xié)同并進(jìn)、良性互動(dòng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。產(chǎn)城融合既是現(xiàn)代城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新理念,更是當(dāng)今世界上各類城市產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì),其核心是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市功能等多元素的均衡協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。產(chǎn)城融合有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)城市土地節(jié)約集約利用和增加就業(yè)人口,利于促進(jìn)城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和城市一體化建設(shè)。在宏觀層面上,產(chǎn)城融合有一系列土地政策作為基礎(chǔ)性支撐,用好用活這些土地政策是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)城融合的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The integration of industrial development and urban function is a positive and interactive development state. The integration of production and city is a new concept of modern urban economic and social development. Nowadays, it is a new trend of the development of all kinds of urban industrial districts in the world, the core of which is to realize the industry. The balanced and coordinated development of multi-element such as urban function. The integration of production and city is conducive to realizing the intensive utilization of urban land saving and increasing the number of employed people and promoting the urban transformation and upgrading and urban integration construction. At the macro level. There are a series of land policies as the basic support for the integration of industrial and urban areas, and the key to promote the integration of industrial and urban areas is to make good use of these land policies.
