【摘要】：農(nóng)戶作為農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品的主要使用者和受益者,其參與公共產(chǎn)品的供給對于提升農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給效率和質(zhì)量具有重要的意義�；诖�,本文分析了國外印度、韓國、日本和美國4國政府在提升農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給動力的具體做法,并比較了4國經(jīng)驗上的相同和差異之處以及差異形成的原因,在此基礎上提出了其成功經(jīng)驗對中國提升農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給動力的相關啟示。
[Abstract]:As the main users and beneficiaries of rural public goods, farmers' participation in the supply of public goods plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of rural public goods supply. South Korea, Japan and the United States four governments in the promotion of farmers to participate in rural public goods supply specific practices, and compared the experience of the four countries and differences and the reasons for the formation of differences. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the enlightenment of its successful experience on promoting farmers' participation in the supply of rural public goods in China.
