【摘要】：采用各式各樣的手段開展反貧困行動(dòng),是世界各國政策實(shí)施的常態(tài),但回顧國內(nèi)和國外此前已有的扶貧舉措,大多表現(xiàn)為從純經(jīng)濟(jì)的視角對貧困人群實(shí)施救助與扶持。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和環(huán)境問題的凸顯,中國反貧困行動(dòng)應(yīng)躍出純經(jīng)濟(jì)的范疇,賦予其"文化生態(tài)"的新含義。將扶貧攻堅(jiān)舉措提升到生態(tài)文明的高度去加以考量,理應(yīng)采取"生態(tài)扶貧"措施。其實(shí)質(zhì)必將表現(xiàn)為,從單純的經(jīng)濟(jì)行動(dòng)躍升到追求文化生態(tài)公平公正的新高度。
[Abstract]:The use of a variety of means to carry out anti-poverty action is the norm in the implementation of policies around the world, but review the previous anti-poverty initiatives at home and abroad. With the rapid development of social economy and the highlight of environmental problems, China's anti-poverty action should jump out of the category of pure economy. To give it the new meaning of "cultural ecology" and to raise the anti-poverty measures to the level of ecological civilization, it is necessary to take the measures of "ecological poverty alleviation". From pure economic action to the pursuit of cultural ecological equity and justice of a new height.
