資源稟賦約束、要素替代與誘致性技術(shù)變遷——以中國糧食生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械化為例

【摘要】:本研究闡釋了資源稟賦約束條件決定的要素替代難度對農(nóng)戶要素替代的影響機(jī)制,利用全國分省1993—2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)、耕地坡度衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究表明,勞動(dòng)力成本上升會(huì)促使農(nóng)戶利用機(jī)械替代勞動(dòng),但地形條件會(huì)對這一過程的實(shí)現(xiàn)形成顯著影響。平原地區(qū)耕地坡度低、機(jī)械易于替代勞動(dòng)是其機(jī)械化進(jìn)程快于丘陵山區(qū)的重要原因。研究豐富了誘致性技術(shù)變遷理論,其結(jié)論對促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化進(jìn)程具有重要政策涵義。
[Abstract]:This study explains the influence mechanism of the difficulty of factor substitution determined by resource endowment constraints on peasant household factor substitution, using the panel data from 1993 to 2010. Satellite remote sensing data of cultivated land slope were tested. The research shows that the increase of labor cost will promote farmers to use machinery to replace labor. However, topographic conditions will have a significant impact on the realization of this process. The slope of cultivated land in plain areas is low. The easy substitution of machinery for labor is an important reason for its mechanization process faster than that in hilly areas. The study enriches the theory of induced technological change and its conclusion has important policy implications for promoting the process of agricultural mechanization in China.
