【摘要】：運用參與式農戶評估方法,以臥龍自然保護區(qū)為例,研究了生計資本對于農戶再次參與下一輪退耕還林意愿的影響。研究結果表明約77%的農戶愿意再次參與退耕工程,愿意再參與退耕的農戶和不愿意再參與退耕的農戶生計資本具有顯著差異性。邏輯斯蒂回歸結果表明,自然資本、金融資本以及社會資本對農戶的再參與意愿有顯著影響,但是作用方式不同:其中自然資本對農戶再參與有著顯著的負影響,金融資本、社會資本對農戶再參與意愿有顯著的正影響。生計資本二級指標中,農戶擁有的耕地面積、現(xiàn)金收入、家庭村委會成員數(shù)量以及勞動力受教育程度對農戶的再參與意愿具有顯著影響,其中農戶擁有的耕地面積對其再參與意愿具有顯著負影響,且貢獻較大((β=-23.041)),而現(xiàn)金收入、家庭村委會成員數(shù)量以及勞動力受教育程度對農戶再參與意愿具有顯著正影響,以現(xiàn)金收入的影響最大(β=38.591),其次分別是家庭村委會成員數(shù)量(β=13.625)和勞動力的受教育程度(β=7.717)。最后,論文探討了生計資本及其組成指標對于農戶再參與意愿的作用機制,建議降低農戶對于土地資源的依賴,提高非農業(yè)收入和補償標準,提高勞動力素質以及優(yōu)化區(qū)域發(fā)展環(huán)境來提高農戶的再參與意愿。
[Abstract]:Taking Wolong Nature Reserve as an example, the participatory farmer assessment method is used. The effects of livelihood capital on farmers' willingness to participate in the next round of conversion of farmland to forest were studied. The results show that about 77% of the farmers are willing to participate in the project again. There are significant differences between farmers who are willing to participate in the return of farmland and farmers who do not want to participate in the return of farmland. The results of logistic regression show that natural capital. Financial capital and social capital have a significant impact on farmers' willingness to re-participate, but in different ways: natural capital has a significant negative impact on farmers' re-participation, financial capital. Social capital has a significant positive impact on the willingness of farmers to re-participate. In the secondary indicators of livelihood capital, farmers own farmland area, cash income. The number of family village committee members and the education level of the labor force have a significant impact on the willingness of farmers to re-participate, in which the area of arable land owned by farmers has a significant negative impact on their willingness to re-participate. The contribution was significant (尾 -23.041), while the cash income, the number of village committee members and the education level of labor force had significant positive effects on the willingness of farmers to re-participate. The influence of cash income was the greatest (尾 38.591g), followed by the number of family village committee members (尾 13.625) and the education level of the labor force (尾 7.717). Finally. This paper discusses the mechanism of livelihood capital and its components on farmers' willingness to re-participate, and proposes to reduce farmers' dependence on land resources and to improve non-agricultural income and compensation standards. Improve the quality of labor force and optimize the regional development environment to improve the willingness of farmers to participate again.
