【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司作為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭人、引航者和先進(jìn)代表,其發(fā)展和競爭力狀態(tài)事關(guān)自身實(shí)力的提升,也是中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。從國內(nèi)外目前已有的研究及成果來看還未形成系統(tǒng)的、有代表意義的企業(yè)競爭力評價(jià)理論及方法,在這樣的背景下,提出本文的研究主題。本文首先梳理了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)競爭力研究動態(tài),從國內(nèi)和國外兩個視角對競爭力的概念、競爭力評價(jià)方法、競爭力的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和剖析。界定了農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司和公司競爭力的內(nèi)涵,確定本文的研究方法和指標(biāo)體系的選擇。其次,依據(jù)大公國際資信評估有限公司提出的競爭力評價(jià)框架體系,從生存能力和發(fā)展能力兩個視角五個方面包括規(guī)模實(shí)力、財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營能力、盈利能力、增長能力構(gòu)建19個二級指標(biāo)的競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。分析和闡述了因子分析法的內(nèi)容和步驟。按照滬深兩市CSRC行業(yè)分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選取中部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司作為研究對象,摘錄2010-2013年度披露過的報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理后利用SPSS16.0的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件運(yùn)用因子分析方法,其中KMO統(tǒng)計(jì)量達(dá)到0.615,適合因子分析,提取5個因子,確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,根據(jù)確定后的因子計(jì)算因子得分系數(shù)矩陣,計(jì)算中部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司各個因子的得分情況和綜合得分。并對得分情況進(jìn)行排序,按照“總體趨勢分析→橫向比較→縱向比較”的分析思路分析中部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的競爭力狀況,結(jié)果顯示：中部地區(qū)的8家農(nóng)林牧漁上市公司競爭力不強(qiáng),綜合得分并不高,發(fā)展能力不足,各家上市公司盈利能力、發(fā)展能力、經(jīng)營能力之間都存在顯著的差異。其中新五豐和華英農(nóng)業(yè)都屬于畜牧行業(yè),雖然在綜合得分排名中都靠后,但發(fā)展后勁很足,相比較其他幾家農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司,在2010-2013年的年度趨勢中一直穩(wěn)步上升,盈利能力和經(jīng)營能力也在緩慢增長中。
[Abstract]:As the leader, pilot and advanced representative of agricultural enterprises, the development and competitiveness of agricultural listed companies are related to their own strength. It is also a realistic problem in the development of Chinese agriculture. From the current research and results at home and abroad, there is no systematic, representative enterprise competitiveness evaluation theory and method, in such a background. This paper first combed the domestic and foreign enterprise competitiveness research trends, from the domestic and foreign perspectives on the concept of competitiveness, competitiveness evaluation methods. This paper summarizes and analyzes the index system of competitiveness, defines the connotation of agricultural listed companies and the competitiveness of companies, and determines the research methods and the choice of index system in this paper. Secondly. According to the evaluation framework system of Dagong International Credit Appraisal Co., Ltd., it includes five aspects: scale strength, financial structure, management ability and profitability from two angles of view: survival ability and development ability. The paper analyzes and expounds the content and steps of factor analysis method. According to the CSRC industry classification standard of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets, the agricultural listed companies in the central region are selected. As a research object. Extract the data of the report that was disclosed in 2010-2013, and use the factor analysis method after the standardized processing of the data, using the statistical analysis software of SPSS16.0. KMO statistics reach 0.615, suitable for factor analysis, extract five factors, determine the index weight, and calculate the factor score coefficient matrix according to the determined factor. To calculate the scores and comprehensive scores of the agricultural listed companies in the central region, and to rank the scores, according to the general trend analysis. 鈫扝orizontal comparison. 鈫扵he result shows that the competitiveness of the 8 agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery listed companies in the central region is not strong, the comprehensive score is not high, and the development ability is insufficient. There are significant differences between the profitability, development ability and management ability of each listed company. The new Wufeng and Huaying agriculture belong to the livestock industry, although in the comprehensive score ranking are lower. But growth has been strong, compared with several other agri-listed companies, which have been rising steadily in the 2010-2013 annual trend, as well as slow growth in profitability and operating capacity.
