【摘要】：農(nóng)村物流的發(fā)展不僅有利于農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)、運輸效率的提高,而且有利于農(nóng)村居民生活水平的提高,因此,農(nóng)村物流的發(fā)展對于我國社會主義特色的新農(nóng)村建設具有非常重要的促進作用。農(nóng)村物流中心的選址對于農(nóng)村物流系統(tǒng)的建設與發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,因此,農(nóng)村物流中心選址相關(guān)的研究具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實意義。與城市物流相比,農(nóng)村物流在物流對象、基礎設施、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)等方面有著很大不同。本文針對我國農(nóng)村特點,在分析農(nóng)村物流特點的基礎上,基于AP聚類算法研究農(nóng)村物流中的“物流中心選址問題”。本文主要研究工作如下:(1)分析我國農(nóng)村物流的特點和農(nóng)村物流中心選址的特點,闡述AP聚類算法的原理與流程,探討AP聚類算法應用于農(nóng)村物流中心選址問題的可行性。(2)提出基于AP聚類算法的農(nóng)村物流中心選址方法。該方法根據(jù)農(nóng)村物流節(jié)點之間的空間距離來衡量相互之間的相關(guān)性,通過AP聚類算法對物流節(jié)點進行聚類得出作為物流中心的選址結(jié)果。該方法不需要制定初始聚類中心,也不需要設定物流中心的數(shù)量。(3)提出基于多級AP聚類的農(nóng)村物流中心選址方法。該方法通過AP聚類得到候選的物流中心集合,對候選的物流中心集合再次進行AP聚類后,得到更符合實際需要的物流中心選址結(jié)果。(4)基于條件加權(quán)理論改進基于AP聚類的農(nóng)村物流中心選址方法。該方法顧及農(nóng)村物流中心選址過程中多種影響物流節(jié)點之間相關(guān)性的因素,基于加權(quán)的方法得到物流節(jié)點間的相關(guān)性。(5)研究基于代價敏感的農(nóng)村物流中心選址方法,克服基于AP聚類的物流中心選址過程中純粹以客觀條件為基礎的這一不足,增加農(nóng)村物流選址過程中決策者的主觀能動性。
[Abstract]:The development of rural logistics is not only conducive to rural production, transport efficiency, but also conducive to the improvement of rural residents' living standards. The development of rural logistics plays a very important role in promoting the construction of new countryside with socialist characteristics. The location of rural logistics center is very important for the construction and development of rural logistics system. The research on the location of rural logistics center has important theoretical and practical significance. Compared with urban logistics, rural logistics in logistics objects, infrastructure. Agricultural production and other aspects are very different. This paper aims at the rural characteristics of our country, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of rural logistics. Based on AP clustering algorithm to study the "logistics center location problem" in rural logistics. The main research work in this paper is as follows: 1) analyze the characteristics of rural logistics and the characteristics of rural logistics center location in China. The principle and flow of AP clustering algorithm are described. To discuss the feasibility of AP clustering algorithm applied to the location problem of rural logistics center. Based on AP clustering algorithm, this paper proposes a location method for rural logistics centers, which measures the correlation between rural logistics nodes according to the space distance between them. Using AP clustering algorithm to cluster the logistics nodes to obtain the location results as a logistics center. This method does not need to develop the initial clustering center. It also does not need to set the number of logistics centers. (3) A multi-level AP clustering based location method for rural logistics centers is proposed, and the candidate logistics center sets are obtained by AP clustering. The candidate logistics center set is again clustered by AP. Obtaining more realistic logistics centre location results. The method of rural logistics center location based on AP clustering is improved based on conditional weighting theory. This method takes into account many factors that affect the correlation between logistics nodes in the process of location of rural logistics center. Based on the weighted method to get the correlation between the logistics nodes. 5) study the location method of rural logistics center based on cost sensitivity. This paper overcomes the deficiency that the location of logistics center based on AP clustering is purely based on objective conditions and increases the subjective initiative of decision makers in the process of location selection of rural logistics.
