【摘要】:科技創(chuàng)新是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要前提。首先分析農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的內(nèi)涵和理論基礎(chǔ);其次總結(jié)當(dāng)前我國推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革面臨的諸多問題,論述通過科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的主要途徑:提品質(zhì)和調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)引領(lǐng)三產(chǎn)融合、發(fā)展適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營、補(bǔ)齊農(nóng)業(yè)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的短板等;最后提出在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新體系,要發(fā)展以生態(tài)安全與資源節(jié)約為目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、以規(guī);蜋C(jī)械化為特征的現(xiàn)代裝備技術(shù)、以糧食營養(yǎng)安全與資源集約利用為目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代加工技術(shù)、以"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"為基礎(chǔ)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通技術(shù)及以高產(chǎn)高效為目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代生物工程技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is an important prerequisite to realize the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture. Firstly, the connotation and theoretical basis of the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture are analyzed. Secondly, this paper summarizes the problems that China faces in promoting the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, and discusses the main ways to realize the structural reform in the supply side of agriculture through scientific and technological innovation: raising the quality and adjusting the structure to lead the integration of three industries. Develop moderate scale management, complement the short board of agriculture green and sustainable development; Finally, under the background of supply-side structural reform, it is proposed to construct modern agricultural science and technology innovation system, and to develop modern production technology aiming at ecological security and resource saving. Modern equipment technology characterized by scale and mechanization, and modern processing technology aiming at food nutrition security and intensive utilization of resources. Modern agricultural product circulation technology based on Internet and modern bioengineering technology aiming at high yield and high efficiency.
