【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明在我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中占重要部分,建設(shè)縣域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明評價指標體系,可判斷縣域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明水平,并因縣施策,對構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展格局具有重要意義。本文從農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的角度出發(fā),以區(qū)間層次分析法和聚類分析法為基礎(chǔ),選取生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟、社會和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展4個領(lǐng)域22個指標構(gòu)建縣域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明評價指標體系,并以河北省石家莊市17個縣域為例,應(yīng)用2012年統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),對縣域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明進行了單領(lǐng)域分析及生態(tài)文明綜合評價,并提出相應(yīng)對策及建議,為農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供更為完善的理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)果顯示,石家莊新樂市、平山縣、藁城市、欒城縣、靈壽縣、鹿泉市、晉州市在生態(tài)領(lǐng)域的整體優(yōu)勢顯著,藁城市、辛集市、鹿泉市、正定縣在經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的整體評價較好,平山縣與欒城縣的社會領(lǐng)域優(yōu)勢最為明顯,贊皇縣、藁城市、晉州市、無極縣的社會領(lǐng)域整體最差;在協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,藁城市、鹿泉市、欒城縣協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域整體較好。對縣域農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明進行綜合分析得出:指標水平的高低是由4個領(lǐng)域共同決定,且經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域影響較大,大部分經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域較強的區(qū)縣,綜合水平較高。以上說明經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、社會發(fā)展和協(xié)調(diào)因素等有力地支持了農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和發(fā)展。因此,在石家莊市農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)過程中要充分認識各縣域之間的生態(tài)、社會、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,堅持因地制宜,分區(qū)施策的原則,提高各縣域農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,優(yōu)化生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展格局。
[Abstract]:Agricultural ecological civilization accounted for an important part in the construction of ecological civilization in our country, the construction of county agricultural ecological civilization evaluation index system, determine the agricultural ecological civilization level, and implement the strategy for the county, has important significance for the construction of agricultural development pattern is scientific and reasonable. This article from the construction of ecological civilization agricultural perspective, the interval analytic hierarchy process and the clustering analysis method based on economic, social and ecological selection, coordinated development of the 22 indicators in 4 areas to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural ecological civilization, and to the 17 counties in Hebei city of Shijiazhuang Province as an example, the application of Statistics in 2012, the single domain analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the agricultural ecological civilization and ecological civilization. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ecological civilization, agriculture provide a more perfect theoretical basis. The results showed that Shijiazhuang Xinle City, Pingshan County, Luancheng County, Ling Gaocheng City. Shouxian County, Luquan City, the overall advantage in the field of ecological city, Gaocheng City, Jinzhou significantly, Xinji City, Luquan City, the overall evaluation in the economic field of Zhengding County better, Pingshan County and Luancheng county social field of the most obvious advantages of Zanhuang County, Gaocheng City, Jinzhou City, Wuji County social whole field difference; coordinate development in the field, Gaocheng City, Luquan City, Luancheng county area of coordinated development of the overall good. Make a comprehensive analysis of the agricultural ecological civilization that the index level is decided jointly by the 4 areas, and the economic influence, strong counties most areas of the economy, a high level of economic construction described above. The social development, and coordination factors strongly support the construction and development of agricultural ecological civilization. Therefore, we must fully understand the ecological, each county in the process of ecological civilization construction in Shijiazhuang city in the agricultural society, economic development To improve the level of agricultural development in each county and to optimize the development pattern of ecological agriculture.
