【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)推廣承擔(dān)著提高農(nóng)民基本知識和信息水平,提升農(nóng)村勞動力的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平,改善農(nóng)民生活技能,改變農(nóng)民價值觀念、態(tài)度和行為,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民的自我組織和決策能力的職能,同時,也具有促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)營效率,改善農(nóng)村社區(qū)生活環(huán)境和生活質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)條件,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村組織發(fā)展,執(zhí)行國家農(nóng)業(yè)計劃、方針和政策等社會功能,對實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,全面建成小康社會具有重要的意義。在對國內(nèi)外推廣模式研究的基礎(chǔ)上,主要包括美國三位一體的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣模式、日本雙軌制農(nóng)業(yè)推廣模式、荷蘭雙系統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣模式和我國的農(nóng)技110、科技特派員制度、農(nóng)業(yè)院校科技推廣服務(wù)聯(lián)盟、農(nóng)業(yè)科技專家大院、農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新服務(wù)港,以湖州市吳興區(qū)為研究對象,開展了吳興區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣模式的研究,主要包括農(nóng)民合作組織帶動模式、區(qū)域品牌帶動模式、農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)帶動模式、科技帶動型模式。并用SWOT分析法分析了吳興區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣模式的特點,特別是優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、威脅。通過研究分析得出結(jié)論：吳興區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣存在的主要問題是民間力量參與程度低、農(nóng)業(yè)推廣內(nèi)容單一、農(nóng)推隊伍素質(zhì)有待提高等。并因此提出了營造良好的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣環(huán)境,提高農(nóng)推人員綜合素質(zhì),加大農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新,建立現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體的培育機(jī)制等對策。
[Abstract]:Agricultural extension undertakes to improve farmers' basic knowledge and information level, to improve the production technology of rural labor force, to improve farmers' life skills, to change farmers' values, attitudes and behaviors. At the same time, it can promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improve the efficiency of agricultural production and management, improve the living environment and quality of life in rural communities, and optimize the agricultural ecological conditions. Promote the development of rural organizations, implement the national agricultural plans, principles and policies and other social functions, to achieve agricultural modernization, the construction of a new socialist countryside. It is of great significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way. On the basis of the research on the extension model at home and abroad, it mainly includes the trinity agricultural extension model in the United States and the two-track agricultural extension model in Japan. Dutch dual-system agricultural extension model and our agricultural technology 110, science and technology commissioner system, agricultural colleges and universities science and technology extension service alliance, agricultural science and technology experts courtyard, agricultural science and technology innovation service port. Taking Wuxing District of Huzhou City as the research object, the agricultural extension model of Wuxing District is studied, which mainly includes farmer cooperative organization driving mode, regional brand driving mode and agricultural park driving mode. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the agricultural extension model in Wuxing District by means of SWOT analysis, especially the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities. The main problem of agricultural extension in Wuxing District is that the participation of folk forces is low and the content of agricultural extension is single. Therefore, the author puts forward some countermeasures, such as creating a good agricultural extension environment, improving the comprehensive quality of agricultural push personnel, increasing agricultural scientific and technological innovation, and establishing the cultivation mechanism of modern agricultural management subject.
