【摘要】：農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)是我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的組成部分之一,然而出于內(nèi)外部因素作用,融資難一直是阻礙農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的一大難題�；谛畔⒉粚ΨQ視角,文章在構(gòu)建博弈模型的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用博弈分析方法探討了由信息不對稱導(dǎo)致的逆向選擇、道德風(fēng)險引起的銀行惜貸行為以及信息對稱下依然存在的道德風(fēng)險問題而難以達(dá)到可簡化銀企博弈模型,由此提出了提高自身信息質(zhì)量、有效利用當(dāng)今流行的自媒體工具、借鑒關(guān)系型融資理論、加大對違約行為的懲罰力度及懲罰概率等解決農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)融資難的若干建議,以期達(dá)到理想狀態(tài)下的簡化博弈模型。
[Abstract]:Rural Small and micro businesses is one part of the market economy of our country, but for the role of internal and external factors, the financing has been hindering the development of rural Small and micro businesses to a big problem. From the perspective of information asymmetry, based on the construction of the game model, using game analysis method to investigate the adverse selection caused by the asymmetric information. The moral hazard problem of moral hazard behavior caused by the bank credit crunch and symmetric information still exists and is difficult to reach the bank can simplify the game model, thus put forward to improve their information quality, effective use of today's popular media tools, reference relationship financing theory, some suggestions to solve the rural Small and micro businesses financing penalties for breach of contract the behavior and the probability of punishment, in order to simplify the game model under ideal conditions.
