【摘要】：國(guó)外農(nóng)作物秸稈綜合利用已有近百年的歷史,秸稈綜合利用的手段和方式相對(duì)成熟。對(duì)秸稈綜合利用國(guó)際趨勢(shì)的系統(tǒng)總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn),秸稈的機(jī)械化加工、產(chǎn)業(yè)化利用,綜合利用的多元投資、政府扶持等方面,國(guó)外有較為成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可資借鑒。這些方面也是中國(guó)農(nóng)作物秸稈綜合利用與國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的差距所在。對(duì)比國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),首先對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)作物秸稈資源量進(jìn)行了量化測(cè)定,并對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)作物秸稈綜合利用狀況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從秸稈資源的循環(huán)利用、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸、體制創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)推廣等方面提出了中國(guó)秸稈綜合利用的對(duì)策思路。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive utilization of straw has been used for nearly 100 years abroad, and the means and methods of comprehensive utilization of straw are relatively mature. The systematic summary of the international trend of comprehensive utilization of straw shows that the mechanization of straw processing. Industrial utilization, comprehensive utilization of multiple investments, government support and other aspects. Foreign countries have more mature experience for reference. These aspects are also the gap between the comprehensive utilization of Chinese crop straw and foreign developed countries. First of all, the amount of crop straw resources in China has been quantitatively measured, and the comprehensive utilization of crop straw in China has been systematically analyzed. On this basis, the recycling of straw resources and the extension of industrial chain have been carried out. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of comprehensive utilization of straw in China from the aspects of system innovation and technical popularization.
