【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要特征,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的一個關(guān)鍵問題是產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式的選擇。從西方發(fā)達(dá)國家農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,各國都是根據(jù)本國的農(nóng)業(yè)資源稟賦、土地制度等方面的客觀實(shí)際條件進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式的選擇和產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營主體的確立。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)摸索出了多種產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式,例如“公司+農(nóng)戶”、“公司+合作社+農(nóng)戶”、“公司+基地+農(nóng)戶”、“公司+中介組織+農(nóng)戶”、“公司+公司”等,逐漸呈現(xiàn)出生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式多樣化的特點(diǎn)。但是,我國的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式發(fā)展并不完善,同時(shí),我國各地區(qū)發(fā)展實(shí)際和區(qū)域特點(diǎn)都各有不同。在這個大背景下,本文以興安盟為例,對其農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究。興安盟是一個以農(nóng)牧業(yè)為主、工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)有所發(fā)展的盟市,但是目前興安盟的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在全區(qū)中仍處于末位,要想在發(fā)展速度與質(zhì)量上能夠有所突破,就必須推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,找準(zhǔn)拉動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的引擎——高效的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式。本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式演變規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合興安盟經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,分析興安盟農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題,運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化選擇的相關(guān)理論,采用定量與定性分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與比較分析等分析方法,對全盟農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究,指出興安盟應(yīng)該穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)“龍頭企業(yè)+合作社+農(nóng)戶(包括家庭農(nóng)場和專業(yè)大戶)”的組合農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式,以加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化步伐,促進(jìn)興安盟地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural industrialization is an important feature of agricultural modernization, a key problem in the development of agricultural industrialization is the production and operation mode of industry choice. From the development of production and operation mode of agricultural industrialization experience of western developed countries, countries are based on agricultural resource endowment in the country to establish the actual objective conditions and other aspects of the land system the selection and industrialization of the main production and management of industrialization pattern. With the rapid development of China's economy, China's agricultural production has been established mode of operation of the production of a variety of industries, such as "company + farmers", "company + cooperative + farmers", "company + base + farmers", "company + intermediary organization + farmers", "company + company", gradually showing the characteristics of production and operation mode diversification. However, the development of agricultural industrialization production and management mode of our country is not perfect, at the same time, all over the country The actual development of region and regional characteristics are different. In this background, this paper takes Xingan Meng as an example, has carried on the investigation and Research on the business model of agricultural production. Xingan Meng is an agriculture and animal husbandry, industrial economic development of the Union City, but now Xingan Meng's economic development in the region is still in the end, want to be able to make a breakthrough in the development speed and quality, it is necessary to promote agricultural development, stimulating the development of agricultural modernization to identify engine - efficient agricultural production management mode. Based on the summary of domestic production and operation mode of evolution law, comprehensive history and current situation of Xingan Meng's economic and social development, analysis of the status quo, development Xingan Meng agricultural economic problems, using the related theory of economics and agricultural industrialization choice, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical analysis and comparative analysis method, the entire alliance The agricultural economic development mode is studied. It is pointed out that Xingan Meng should steadily promote the combined production and operation mode of "leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers", including family farms and professional households, so as to accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization and promote the development of agriculture in Xingan Meng.
