【摘要】：通過對甘肅省糧食生產數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)甘肅省糧食生產雖然有較快發(fā)展,但由于人口數(shù)量不斷增加,人均糧食占有量一直低于全國同期人均糧食占有量,而人均糧食占有量增長率也低于同期糧食總產量的增長率,糧食安全形勢不容樂觀。本論文選用總供給—總需求模型進行甘肅省糧食供需平衡研究。以西方經(jīng)濟學、行為科學的相關理論為理論基礎,深入分析甘肅省一定時期內糧食需求的發(fā)展趨勢和影響因素。從糧食生產、糧食消費、糧食流通等方面對甘肅省糧食消費歷史與現(xiàn)狀、消費特征及其結構進行系統(tǒng)分析的基礎上,利用糧食消費總體規(guī)律,對甘肅省糧食需求中長期總體趨勢進行了測算和判斷,并從加大基礎設施投入、做好基本農田保護、提高糧食綜合生產能力、加強糧食宏觀調控、完善糧食流通儲備體系、維護市場價格穩(wěn)定和供應、保障糧食流通安全、積極利用國內市場、調劑省內糧食余缺等方面提出了切實可行的意見建議。通過一系列數(shù)據(jù)分析,結合世界普遍糧食生產、流通、消費規(guī)律,對甘肅省糧食在未來五年內的基本形勢作了科學預測,為甘肅省實現(xiàn)糧食供需平衡、充分保障民生提供了有益借鑒和理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the data of grain production in Gansu Province, found that grain production in Gansu province is in rapid development, but because of the increase of population, per capita grain share has been lower than in the same period of per capita grain, and the grain yield per capita growth rate is lower than the same period the total grain output growth rate, the food security situation is not optimistic. This paper selects total supply and total demand model of the balance of supply and demand of grain in Gansu province. In western economics, behavioral science theory as the theoretical basis, in-depth analysis of the development trend of the grain demand factors in a certain period of time in Gansu province and influence. From food production, food consumption, food distribution and other aspects of food consumption history and current situation of Gansu Province, analyzing the characteristics and structure of consumption, the consumption of grain overall law, demand for food in Gansu Province in the long-term overall trend Calculate and judge, and from increasing infrastructure investment, to the protection of basic farmland, improve the comprehensive grain production capacity, strengthen macro-control of food, improve the system of circulation of grain reserves, to maintain the stability of market price and supply, ensuring food circulation safety, active use of the domestic market, put forward the feasible suggestions to adjust the grain surplus.. through a series of data analysis, combined with the world food production, circulation and consumption patterns, makes a scientific prediction of the basic situation of grain in Gansu province in the next five years, in order to achieve the balance of grain supply and demand in Gansu Province, to fully protect the people's livelihood provides a useful reference and theoretical support.
