【摘要】：現(xiàn)在,我們國家倡導(dǎo)以人為本,而人則是以德為本,德又以孝為本,可見孝是人性之基石,是為人基本的道德底線。近些年來,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,各類體制不斷完善,人民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平相比以前有了很大提高。但是也存在一些問題,尤其在許多偏遠(yuǎn)的農(nóng)村,子女外出打工,老人留守在村里,許多農(nóng)村老人的養(yǎng)老是一大難題。本文以此為出發(fā)點,通過深入山西省多個農(nóng)村進(jìn)行走訪調(diào)查,及與村民老人深度交流,并以一些其他公開發(fā)表的相關(guān)資料為輔助,詳細(xì)分析并研究在當(dāng)前社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老問題及解決辦法。本文共分五大部分,第一部分是緒論,說明了本次研究的緣由和研究的重要意義,第二部分詳細(xì)闡述了孝道及養(yǎng)老的概況,包括孝道的起源及演變,傳統(tǒng)孝道的內(nèi)涵、當(dāng)代孝道的傳承和變化,這一部分是下一部分研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分對我國農(nóng)村孝道文化及養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)查,調(diào)查的主要內(nèi)容是對老人的物質(zhì)贍養(yǎng)和精神慰藉方面。第四部分對當(dāng)代我國農(nóng)村孝道觀念淡薄的原因做出了分析,其中包括社會歷史的原因,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)落后、孝觀念不強(qiáng)的原因,孝觀念的宣傳意識缺失、社會法制不健全等原因。第五部分總體論述在孝道文化的基礎(chǔ)上解決農(nóng)村老年人的養(yǎng)老問題的對策,即在加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)老觀念的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建農(nóng)村新型孝道文化、夯實孝道基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)有關(guān)孝道養(yǎng)老方面的制度、機(jī)制的建設(shè),將孝道文化引入農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障體系。農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老問題既是家庭問題又是社會問題,既是民生問題又是政治問題,是關(guān)系到實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢的實現(xiàn)問題。農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老對策問題,根本途徑是發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),根本保障是健全農(nóng)村社會保障體系,精神支柱是弘揚中華孝道文化。
[Abstract]:Now, our country advocating people-oriented, and the people is to de centered, moral and filial piety is the visible, filial piety is the cornerstone of human nature is the basic moral bottom line. In recent years, the development of market economy, all kinds of system continue to improve, people's economic level has been greatly improved than before. But there are also some problems, especially in many remote rural areas, children of migrant workers, the elderly left behind in the village, many of the rural elderly pension is a big problem. This article as a starting point, a number of rural Shanxi province through in-depth investigations, and the depth and the elderly villagers exchanges, and some other published related data auxiliary, detailed analysis and Research on the rural old-age problem of the current social transition period and solutions. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, explains the important significance of the reason of this study and research, second Describes the general situation of filial piety and pension, including the origin and evolution of the filial piety, the connotation of traditional filial piety, inheritance and change of contemporary filial piety, this part is the theoretical foundation for the next part of the study. The third part makes a survey on China's rural culture of filial piety and pension status, the main content of the survey is for the elderly the material support and spiritual comfort. The fourth part analyzes the reasons of contemporary China's Rural Filial Piety Concept, including the social and historical reasons, the rural economy is backward, because the concept of filial piety is not strong, the lack of awareness of the concept of filial piety, social legal system is not perfect and other reasons. The fifth part discusses the overall countermeasures to solve the rural endowment problems the elderly based on the culture of filial piety, which is based on strengthening the pension concept, building a new rural culture of filial piety, filial piety tamp foundation, strengthen the relevant aspects of the filial piety pension System, mechanism construction, the filial piety culture into the old-age security system in rural areas. The rural old-age problem is not only a family problem and social problem, not only people's livelihood and political problems, problems of realizing China dream is related to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The problem of rural endowment policy, the fundamental way is to develop the rural economy, the fundamental guarantee is to improve the rural social security system, spiritual support is to promote the Chinese culture of filial piety.
