【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式下,出現(xiàn)了如“菜農(nóng)豐產(chǎn)不豐收、市民蔬菜吃不起、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全問(wèn)題頻發(fā)”等一系列社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,在農(nóng)戶、消費(fèi)者和政府的一致呼聲下,“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)運(yùn)而生�！稗r(nóng)超對(duì)接”是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通模式的改進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新,此模式發(fā)揮了合作社的紐帶聯(lián)結(jié)作用,將農(nóng)戶與超市聯(lián)結(jié)起來(lái)直接交易,摒棄了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通過(guò)程中環(huán)環(huán)加價(jià)的中間流程,減少農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易費(fèi)用及損耗,實(shí)現(xiàn)超市、農(nóng)戶、消費(fèi)者多方受益的現(xiàn)代化流通模式�！稗r(nóng)超對(duì)接”模式的發(fā)展,成為破解城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)增收、實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的有效途徑。然而,“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”模式在實(shí)踐中仍存在諸多問(wèn)題,制約此模式的發(fā)展。因此有必要對(duì)此模式進(jìn)行研究,以期推動(dòng)此模式在實(shí)踐中不斷發(fā)展壯大。本文在引言部分對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通的幾種主要模式進(jìn)行比較分析,得出“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”模式在保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全、降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易費(fèi)用兩方面具有優(yōu)勢(shì);進(jìn)而從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈、農(nóng)超對(duì)接供應(yīng)鏈兩個(gè)方面建立本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ);論文第三章從“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)成主體、生成動(dòng)因和實(shí)現(xiàn)條件三個(gè)方面闡述“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”供應(yīng)鏈的生成機(jī)理,得出降低交易費(fèi)用是“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”生成的本源動(dòng)因;在第四章中,引入基模生成集概念,建立了刻畫(huà)“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)流率基本入樹(shù)模型,利用強(qiáng)簡(jiǎn)化流率基本入樹(shù)模型作嵌運(yùn)算,求出系統(tǒng)極小反饋環(huán)基模集,并對(duì)極小基模集進(jìn)行分類,運(yùn)用極小基模生成定理構(gòu)建具有典型意義的基模進(jìn)行反饋分析,并提出管理對(duì)策。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)戶、超市違約及超市成本是制約“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的主要障礙因素,通過(guò)提升合作社服務(wù)水平,提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,可有效促進(jìn)“農(nóng)超對(duì)接”供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the traditional agricultural products supply chain, the farmers do not yield a good harvest, people can not afford to eat vegetables, frequent safety problems of agricultural products and a series of social phenomena in farmers, consumers and the government's consistent voice, "agriculture super docking" supply chain emerged. "Agriculture super docking" is improved and innovation of the traditional agricultural products circulation mode, this mode plays a link role of cooperatives, farmers and supermarkets will connect the direct transaction, abandon the middle process of the circulation of agricultural products in the process of this increase, reduce transaction costs and loss of agricultural products, farmers, supermarket, modern circulation mode consumer multi benefit "development. Agriculture super docking" model, to solve the two structure in urban and rural areas, promote agricultural modernization, increase peasants' income and effective way to realize the healthy development of social economy. However, the "agriculture super docking" Mode still has many problems in practice, restricting the development of this pattern. It is therefore necessary to study mode, in order to promote this mode in practice continue to grow and develop. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the introduction of several main modes of circulation of agricultural products, the "agriculture super docking" model in the protection of the quality and safety of agricultural products that has the advantage of reducing the transaction costs of agricultural products in two aspects; then from the supply chain of agricultural products, the theoretical basis of agricultural super docking of Supply Chain Based on the two aspects of this study; the third chapter constitutes the main body from the "agriculture super docking" supply chain ", describes the formation mechanism of agricultural super docking" supply chain three aspects of causes and realize that conditions, reduce transaction costs is the source motivation of agricultural super docking "generation; in the fourth chapter, introducing the concept of Archetype Generating Set, a characterization of" agriculture super docking "supply chain operation system The basic flow of system dynamics model, using strongly simplified rate variable fundamental in tree model for embedded operation system were obtained, minimal feedback loop mode set, and the minimum basis set mode classification, feedback analysis of construction mode of typical application generation theorem of minimum archetypes, and puts forward the Countermeasures of management. The study found that farmers, supermarket and supermarket default costs are restricting "the main obstacle factors of agricultural super docking system development, through the promotion of cooperative service level, improve the quality of agricultural products, can effectively promote the" agriculture super docking "supply chain system development.
