【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通的問題一直是理論界和實(shí)踐部門重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)的重要載體,在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著無可替代的重要作用。它不僅可以解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流資源分散、單個(gè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)競爭力弱的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的規(guī)�；I(yè)化效應(yīng),從而降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流成本,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流服務(wù)的各項(xiàng)功能,而且集中體現(xiàn)著農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系的先進(jìn)水平和運(yùn)行效率。本文以JN農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園有限責(zé)任公司為研究對象,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論和分析工具,對JN物流園所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境以及公司自身的條件進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)深入的分析,立足于此設(shè)計(jì)了JN物流園發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案。JN物流園的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略整體可以概括為“融合三線、提升兩化、爭做一流”,在未來戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃期物流園融合資金流、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流和信息流,提升物流園農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和功能綜合化水平,爭做國內(nèi)一流的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品專業(yè)化物流園。該發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具體內(nèi)容主要包含指導(dǎo)思想、戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和盈利模式等方面。接著就該戰(zhàn)略方案的實(shí)施提出了四條保障措施,即組織職能保障、資金與物質(zhì)投入保障、人力資源保障和企業(yè)文化保障�？傊�,通過JN農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施力圖為加快濟(jì)南乃至山東地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通體系建設(shè),推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,農(nóng)村繁榮,農(nóng)民富裕的目標(biāo)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The circulation of agricultural products has been the theory and practice community focus areas. Agricultural products logistics park is an important carrier of agricultural products logistics system, play an irreplaceable important role in the agricultural products logistics system. It can not only solve the agricultural products logistics resources scattered, single agricultural product logistics enterprise competitiveness, realize agricultural products logistics scale, specialization effect, thereby reducing the logistics cost of agricultural products, enhance the function of agricultural products logistics services, but also embodies the advanced level and the operation efficiency of logistics system of agricultural products. In this paper, JN Agricultural Logistics Park Co. Ltd. as the research object, using the basic theory and analysis tool of enterprise strategy the management of the strategic environment of JN logistics park and the company's own conditions, a thorough analysis, based on the design of JN Logistics The development strategy of development strategy of.JN logistics park park overall can be summed up as "integration of three lines, up to two, becoming the first class", in the future period of strategic planning of logistics park integration of capital flow, and information flow of agricultural products, enhance the comprehensive level of logistics park of agricultural industrialization and agricultural products, to become the domestic first-class professional the development strategy of logistics park. The specific content mainly includes the guiding ideology, strategic positioning, strategic objectives, strategic focus and profit model. Then to implement the strategic plan put forward four measures, namely the organization functions of security, protection of investment funds and material security, human resource and enterprise culture. In a word, through the development of JN agricultural products logistics park development strategy and implementation of trying to speed up the construction of the Ji'nan and Shandong area agricultural product circulation system, promote the development of agricultural industrialization, agricultural development, rural prosperity, The goal of farmers' affluence is made due contribution.
