【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得了日新月異的發(fā)展。各個(gè)省市的花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)也蒸蒸日上。福州作為福建的省會(huì)城市,對(duì)于花卉的消費(fèi)也漸漸成為了一種習(xí)慣,人們對(duì)花卉的需求在逐步提高。但目前福州花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在著一些問(wèn)題,阻礙著行業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文選擇以福州市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究為題,進(jìn)行探討,以期為相關(guān)的理論和實(shí)踐研究提供參考。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、分析歸納法、以及課題跟蹤法、比較分析法等方法。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究和查閱資料,了解福州市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)現(xiàn)福州花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的主要問(wèn)題,比如花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,花卉產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)平臺(tái)不完善,花卉企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力普遍不足,缺乏相關(guān)的創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)支撐等。同時(shí)福州發(fā)展花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)也有一些優(yōu)勢(shì),比如地理位置和氣候適宜花卉種植,福州具有種植花卉的傳統(tǒng),福州花卉品種多,政府重視發(fā)展花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)。如何能更好的發(fā)揮福州的優(yōu)勢(shì),解決福州花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問(wèn)題是本文研究重點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)較好的云南省和上海市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略,同時(shí)分析國(guó)外花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)荷蘭、比利時(shí)、日本和美國(guó)重點(diǎn)研究,得到福州花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要啟示,要營(yíng)造政府支持的大環(huán)境,注重資源整合,充分發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)作用,注重科技創(chuàng)新等。本文結(jié)合福州市的實(shí)際情況,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出促進(jìn)福州市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策。首先,充分發(fā)揮政府在花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的指導(dǎo)和支撐作用；其次,提高花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的資源整合能力；再次,加強(qiáng)花卉市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)；然后,強(qiáng)化花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的科技創(chuàng)新,為花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷注入新鮮血液。最后,建立健全花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的服務(wù)保障體系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the flower industry of our country has been developing with each passing day. The flower industry of various provinces and cities is also booming. Fuzhou, as the capital city of Fujian, has gradually become a habit of flower consumption. The demand for flowers is increasing gradually. However, there are some problems in the development of Fuzhou flower industry at present, which hinder the development of the industry. This paper chooses Fuzhou flower industry development strategy research as the topic. In order to provide a reference for the relevant theoretical and practical research. This paper uses the method of literature analysis, analysis and induction, as well as the method of subject tracking, comparative analysis and other methods. Understand the development of Fuzhou flower industry found the main problems in the development of Fuzhou flower industry such as unreasonable flower industry structure flower production and marketing platform is not perfect flower enterprise innovation capacity is generally inadequate. At the same time, Fuzhou has some advantages in developing flower industry, such as geographical location and climate suitable for flower planting, Fuzhou has the tradition of planting flowers, Fuzhou has a variety of flowers. The government attaches importance to the development of flower industry. How to better play the advantages of Fuzhou. It is the focus of this paper to solve the problems in the development of flower industry in Fuzhou. This paper studies the development strategy of flower industry in Yunnan and Shanghai, which has a better domestic flower industry. At the same time, the successful experience of foreign flower industry developed countries, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan and the United States focus on the study, get the important enlightenment of Fuzhou flower industry development, to create a large environment supported by the government. Focus on the integration of resources, give full play to the role of the market, pay attention to scientific and technological innovation. This paper combines the actual situation of Fuzhou, draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience, proposed to promote the development of Fuzhou flower industry countermeasures. Give full play to the guiding and supporting role of the government in the development of flower industry; Secondly, improve the ability of resources integration of flower industry itself; Thirdly, strengthen the construction of flower market; Then, the scientific and technological innovation of flower industry should be strengthened, and fresh blood should be injected into flower industry. Finally, the service guarantee system of flower industry should be established and perfected.
