【摘要】：“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,作為我國(guó)全面實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義小康社會(huì)必須解決的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題,歷來(lái)受到黨和國(guó)家的高度重視,而作為解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題的一個(gè)重要舉措便是農(nóng)村合作社作的建立。近年來(lái),在政府的鼓勵(lì)和支持下,雖然合作社的發(fā)展取得了一些顯著的成果,然而在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中也暴露出了一些突出的問(wèn)題,這主要是因?yàn)槲覈?guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社還處于不成熟階段,有待較為深入的理論研究。有鑒于此,本文在吸收了前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一條不同于前人的研究之路:即試圖從馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論入手,結(jié)合山東省農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,初步的探討馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意義,并針對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。本文主要從下面四個(gè)部分展開(kāi)論述:第一,梳理和分析馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,并總結(jié)出馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論的基本原則;第二,從歷史的角度分析馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論在中國(guó)的具體實(shí)踐,及其歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn);第三,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析山東省的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題;第四,結(jié)合馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論的基本原則,對(duì)山東省農(nóng)業(yè)合作社在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的具體解決之道。
[Abstract]:As an important problem that our country must solve in order to realize the socialist well-off society in an all-round way, the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has always been attached great importance by the Party and the country. As an important measure to solve this problem is the establishment of rural cooperatives. In recent years, with the encouragement and support of the government, although the development of cooperatives has achieved some significant results. However, in the process of development also exposed some outstanding problems, this is mainly because the agricultural cooperatives in our country is still in the immature stage, need to be more in-depth theoretical research. On the basis of absorbing the previous research results, this paper puts forward a research road which is different from the predecessors: that is, try to start from the Marxist theory of agricultural cooperatives, combined with the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province. This paper preliminarily discusses the guiding significance of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory to the development of agricultural cooperatives in China. According to the problems existing in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly discusses from the following four parts: first. Combing and analyzing the emergence and development of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory, and summing up the basic principles of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory; Second, from the historical point of view, the concrete practice of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory in China, and its historical experience and lessons; Third, through the data analysis of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province, the status quo and existing problems; In 4th, combining with the basic principles of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory, this paper puts forward some concrete solutions to the problems existing in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province.
