【摘要】：2013年,國家級興業(yè)馬鈴薯種植農(nóng)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范區(qū)項目通過驗收,興業(yè)縣的馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來重大發(fā)展機遇。本文通過對興業(yè)縣馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,指出當(dāng)前興業(yè)縣推廣馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)存在的主要問題,并對興業(yè)縣馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展提出幾點對策。論文有以下幾個方面的研究結(jié)果：1.興業(yè)縣擁有發(fā)展馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)的良好自然環(huán)境和社會經(jīng)濟條件,包括適宜的氣溫、足夠的日照時數(shù)、充沛的降雨量、豐富的耕地資源、便利的交通、極佳的地理位置、優(yōu)越的平臺、堅強的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等優(yōu)勢,非常適合馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)且具備很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?.利用冬閑田發(fā)展馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)勢有：不耽誤水稻種植時間；田地被充分利用；種植時間不長；增收效益明顯；群眾易接受。3.興業(yè)縣馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)發(fā)展面臨的主要問題有：適合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)的耕地占比低；種薯繁育基地建設(shè)滯后；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)推廣不理想；專業(yè)化市場建設(shè)滯后。4.興業(yè)縣全面推廣馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),應(yīng)采取以下對策：用好國家政策,加大財政投入,不斷完善農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施；建立馬鈴薯種薯繁育、供應(yīng)體系；加快推進馬鈴薯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推廣及貯藏能力建設(shè)；建立完善信息服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the National Industrial Potato planting Agricultural Standardization demonstration area project passed the acceptance. The potato industry in Xingye County is facing great development opportunities. This paper analyzes the current situation of potato standardized production in Xingye County and points out the main problems existing in the promotion of potato standardized production in Xingye County. The paper has the following research results: 1. Xingye County has a good natural environment and social and economic conditions for the development of potato standardization production. Including suitable temperature, adequate sunshine hours, abundant rainfall, rich cultivated land resources, convenient transportation, excellent geographical location, superior platform, strong organizational leadership and so on. It is very suitable for potato standardized production and has great development potential. 2. The advantages of using winter idle field to develop potato standardized production are as follows: do not delay rice planting time; The fields are fully utilized; The planting time is not long; The income increase benefit is obvious; The main problems facing the development of standardized potato production in Xingye County are as follows: the proportion of cultivated land suitable for standardized production is low; The construction of seed potato breeding base lags behind; The standardization production promotion is not ideal; The construction of specialized market lags behind .4.Xingye County should adopt the following countermeasures to promote the production of potato standardization in an all-round way: make good use of national policies, increase financial input, and continuously improve agricultural facilities; Establish potato seed potato breeding and supply system; To speed up the development of potato standardization and storage capacity; Establish and perfect the information service system.
