【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化是指人類的體力勞作和畜力勞動(dòng)被機(jī)械所代替,這個(gè)過(guò)程中是一個(gè)影響因素較多、各個(gè)因素之間關(guān)系較復(fù)雜的大系統(tǒng)。在農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展過(guò)程中,要評(píng)價(jià)其對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程發(fā)揮的作用,就要正確認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展水平,必須建立一套較為科學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平的評(píng)價(jià)體系。鑒于南、北農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式不同,農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系的指標(biāo)不同,為了促進(jìn)浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,讓浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平從中級(jí)階段發(fā)展到高級(jí)階段,建立適合于浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和并且進(jìn)行相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)研究,對(duì)浙江省的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展進(jìn)行宏觀和微觀控制,充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化在浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、農(nóng)村生活中的積極作用,調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)民的積極性,具有重要的實(shí)際意義和理論意義。本文從多方面對(duì)浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,揭示影響農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展的主要因素。在大量數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械裝備、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械作業(yè)水平、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化服務(wù)體系進(jìn)行了分析。在前人建立的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,采用多指標(biāo)分層次進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),采用加權(quán)指數(shù)綜合評(píng)分法計(jì)算并且分析了浙江省及其全省11市2009-2013年農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平。經(jīng)過(guò)比較,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平發(fā)展最好的城市是寧波市,較差的是麗水市,近期發(fā)展最快的是湖州市。運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列趨勢(shì)模型和灰色動(dòng)態(tài)模型,對(duì)浙江省及其11個(gè)市進(jìn)行"十二五"期間的機(jī)械化綜合水平預(yù)期結(jié)果進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),擬合誤差均小于2%,誤差較小,預(yù)測(cè)值有一定的可信度。運(yùn)用DPS軟件,對(duì)浙江省2009-2013年農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化總水平和11個(gè)市2014年和2015年農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化總水平進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)。預(yù)測(cè)表明,2015年浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平預(yù)測(cè)值為68.23%。"十二五"期間,浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平增長(zhǎng)約為5%,其中麗水市是省內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平較低的城市,寧波市農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到高級(jí)階段,兩個(gè)城市之間存在的差距會(huì)擴(kuò)大。本文分析了浙江省目前農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平,預(yù)測(cè)了浙江省的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化綜合水平,研究了其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。根據(jù)浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),明確了農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,對(duì)浙江省制定農(nóng)機(jī)發(fā)展相關(guān)政策有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural mechanization is the human physical labor and animal labor is replaced by mechanical, this process is a system of many factors, relations between the factors is complex. In the development of agricultural mechanization process, to evaluate the role of agricultural production, it is necessary to correctly understand the development level of agricultural machinery of the present stage, we must establish a set of scientific agricultural mechanization level evaluation system. In view of the south, North agricultural development mode, agricultural mechanization comprehensive evaluation index system is different, in order to promote the sustainable development of Zhejiang Province, the level of agricultural mechanization, make Zhejiang Province comprehensive agricultural mechanization level from the intermediate stage to advanced stage the establishment of agricultural mechanization, the evaluation index system for Zhejiang Province agricultural development mode and related research and evaluation of agricultural machinery in Zhejiang Province, the development of The macro and micro control, give full play to the role of Agricultural Mechanization in agricultural production in Zhejiang Province, the positive role in the rural life, arouse the enthusiasm of farmers, has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper from the analysis of the current situation of the development of agricultural machinery in Zhejiang Province, in many aspects, exposing the main factors are shown to affect the development of agricultural mechanization. Based on the survey data of Zhejiang Province, agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery operation level, the development of agricultural economy and agricultural mechanization service system are analyzed. Based on the established evaluation index system, using hierarchical multi index comprehensive evaluation, calculation and analysis of agricultural machinery in Zhejiang province and the province's 11 city 2009-2013 years of comprehensive level using the weighted index comprehensive evaluation method. Through the comparison, that the current Zhejiang Province Agricultural Mechanization Development in Ningbo is the best city Poor city, is the city of Lishui, the recent development is the fastest in Huzhou city. By using the time series trend model and grey dynamic model of Zhejiang province and its 11 cities "12th Five-Year" period of mechanization is expected to predict the results, the fitting error is less than 2%, the error is small, the prediction value has a certain degree of credibility using DPS software, the agricultural machinery in Zhejiang province 2009-2013 total level and 11 in 2014 and 2015 the total agricultural mechanization level is predicted. Forecasts show that in 2015 Zhejiang Province comprehensive agricultural mechanization level prediction value for the 68.23%. "12th Five-Year" period, Zhejiang Province Agricultural Machinery growth comprehensive level of about 5%, including Lishui city is the province of agricultural mechanization low level city, the level of Agricultural Mechanization in Ningbo city has already reached an advanced stage, there is a gap between the two city will be expanded. This paper analyzes the present Zhejiang Province Comprehensive agricultural mechanization level, agricultural machinery in Zhejiang Province, the prediction of comprehensive level, the trend of its development. According to the current situation and development trend of agricultural development in Zhejiang Province, the agricultural mechanization development advantages and disadvantages, have certain guiding role for Zhejiang province to formulate relevant policies of agricultural development.
