【摘要】：博 縣為廣西養(yǎng)豬第一大縣,近年來養(yǎng)殖造成的大氣、河流等環(huán)境污染現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)。通過對(duì)博白生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)博白生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)主要存在以下問題：(1)豬場建場選址不合理；(2)養(yǎng)殖員工素質(zhì)偏低,經(jīng)營方式不規(guī)范；(3)許多養(yǎng)殖場不按要求使用飼料、濫用獸藥；(4)病死豬隨意丟棄江河中,污染江河；(5)豬場清潔生產(chǎn)工藝滯后；(6)多數(shù)養(yǎng)豬場未建排污處理設(shè)備；(7)養(yǎng)豬排泄物不經(jīng)處理直接排入自然水體；(8)小型養(yǎng)殖戶多且分散。針對(duì)以上問題,對(duì)博白生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策：(1)科學(xué)規(guī)劃選址、確定適度規(guī)模,以達(dá)到控制污染；(2)加強(qiáng)科技培訓(xùn)(3)按要求飼喂正規(guī)飼料、合理使用獸藥,從而降低排泄物中重金屬污染物的含量；(4)建立健全無害化處理設(shè)備,避免病死豬隨意丟棄江河造成污染；(5)大力推進(jìn)養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)工藝及管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,通過推廣環(huán)保清潔工藝及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,進(jìn)一步降低糞污排放對(duì)江河造成的污染。(6)通過固態(tài)豬糞制肥、液態(tài)豬尿及廢水制沼氣等資源化利用,解決豬場排污設(shè)備缺乏的問題；(7)加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)殖污染流域水質(zhì)監(jiān)測及水污染治理；(8)推進(jìn)小型養(yǎng)殖場建場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、強(qiáng)化生豬養(yǎng)殖法制化管理制度,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范小型養(yǎng)殖戶的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營問題,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、法制化引導(dǎo)規(guī)范養(yǎng)殖業(yè)執(zhí)法監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Bo County Guangxi pig first county in recent years, due to frequent culture atmosphere, rivers and other environmental pollution phenomenon. Through the investigation of the status quo of Bobai pig breeding, pig breeding industry in Bobai found that the main problems as follows: (1) construction site farm is not reasonable; (2) low culture quality of the staff, management is not standardized; (3) many farms are not required to use feed, veterinary drug abuse; (4) pigs discarded in the river, pollution of rivers; (5) the lag of cleaner production of pig farm; (6) the majority of farms did not build sewage treatment equipment; (7) the pig excrement not treated directly into natural waters; (8) small farmers scattered. To solve the above problems, put forward corresponding countermeasures for the sustainable development of Bobai pig breeding industry: (1) the scientific planning and site selection, to determine the appropriate scale, in order to control the pollution; (2) strengthen technology training (3) according to For regular feeding feed, reasonable use of veterinary drugs, so as to reduce the content of heavy metal pollutants in the excreta; (4) establish a harmless treatment equipment, avoid dead pig discarded river pollution; (5) vigorously promote aquaculture production technology and management standardization, the cleaning process and promote environmental management standards, to further reduce the dung pollution of rivers pollution. (6) through the solid fertilizer utilization of liquid manure, pig urine and waste water to produce biogas and other resources, solve the sewage farm equipment shortage problem; (7) strengthen water quality monitoring and water pollution control pollution basin; (8) to promote the small and medium-sized farms built a standardization, strengthening pig breeding legal management system, to further standardize the production and operation of small farmers, through standardization, legalization of aquaculture guide and standardize the supervision of law enforcement.
