【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)居民生活水平的不斷提高,人們也更會(huì)勞逸結(jié)合,帶動(dòng)了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)有著十分密切的聯(lián)系,近來出現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展之勢。發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)既能滿足人們接近自然、回歸自然的需求,也可以促進(jìn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)農(nóng)民就業(yè)和增收,延長農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。這也成為了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的一部分。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)蘊(yùn)藏著巨大的市場潛力和廣闊的發(fā)展前景。國外的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展得早,本文就借鑒國外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究,也介紹了研究目的及思路。本文分析我國城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境及現(xiàn)狀,包括其發(fā)展主要類型和模式,此外以長沙市為例,介紹長沙市城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)功能及意義。根據(jù)長沙市城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展概況,用SWOT分析法分析長沙市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣,以及所面臨對的機(jī)遇挑戰(zhàn)。通過對城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析,包括歐盟,日本,美國,臺(tái)灣的,給長沙城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展一些啟示,給出相應(yīng)的對策。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)能發(fā)展起來,對長沙市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展將會(huì)帶來一定的促進(jìn)作用,這對長沙市的意義極大。但是,這也不是少數(shù)人努力能做到的,大家要一起采取措施,做出一些有利于的行動(dòng)。另外,抓住主要矛盾,依托科技,因地制宜地發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的健康、快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, urban and rural living standards continue to improve, people are more likely to work and rest, led to the development of leisure agriculture, leisure agriculture and modern agriculture, is closely connected with the construction of new socialist countryside, the recent emergence of the vigorous development trend. The development of leisure agriculture can not only meet people close to natural, return to natural demand, can also promote the development of rural areas, promote employment and increase farmers' income, to extend the agricultural industrial chain. It has also become a part of China's economic construction. Leisure agriculture has great market potential and broad prospects for development. The development of leisure agriculture in early, this article from abroad the experience and theoretical basis, combined with the related literature were studied, also introduces the purpose and idea of research. This paper analyses the development of leisure agriculture in suburban environment and current situation in our country, including its development The main types and models, in addition to Changsha city as an example, the Changsha city suburban leisure agriculture. According to the function and significance of the development of leisure agriculture in Changsha City, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages analysis of Changsha leisure agriculture with SWOT, and facing opportunities and challenges on. Through the analysis, the leisure experience of the agricultural development of suburbs including the European Union, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, the development of some enlightenment to Changsha leisure agriculture, the corresponding countermeasures are given. Leisure agriculture can be developed, will be on the Changsha city economic development has a certain role in promoting, the Changsha city of great significance. However, this is not a few people to do, we must take measures to make some beneficial action. In addition, seize the main contradiction, relying on science and technology, to realize the advantages of resources, leisure agriculture and health, rapid and sustainable development.
