【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是提供支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)品。隨著技術(shù)進(jìn)步,世界農(nóng)業(yè)已發(fā)生根本性的變化。我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,其中現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展彰顯農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的提高。國(guó)家連續(xù)出臺(tái)的一號(hào)文件,就“三農(nóng)”問題進(jìn)行扶持和幫助,為實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)快速平穩(wěn)的發(fā)展和促進(jìn)農(nóng)民的增收。農(nóng)業(yè)既是支撐兵團(tuán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是其優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)。為貫徹十八大精神,著力促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè),需要發(fā)揮兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的示范作用,提高農(nóng)戶對(duì)先進(jìn)技術(shù)的獲取能力,帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收。本研究在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,相關(guān)理論歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力進(jìn)行研究,通過對(duì)新疆兵團(tuán)和新疆地方具體的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力比較分析以及采用DEA模型對(duì)新疆兵團(tuán)和新疆地方的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的比較分析,判定兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的先進(jìn)性,為示范效應(yīng)做支撐。其次,根據(jù)示范效應(yīng)理論與技術(shù)擴(kuò)散理論,對(duì)兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的示范效應(yīng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析;文章分別從宏觀的整體示范和微觀的具體示范進(jìn)行描述,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建示范效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)體系;使用因子分析方法對(duì)瑪納斯縣域內(nèi)兵團(tuán)團(tuán)場(chǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力對(duì)地方鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)業(yè)的“示范效應(yīng)”進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出其中6個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的示范效應(yīng)相對(duì)比較顯著,3個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)不顯著,并且示范效應(yīng)隨地理距離衰減越近、隨兵地關(guān)系增強(qiáng)的趨勢(shì)。本文借鑒技術(shù)擴(kuò)散模型和傳播學(xué)理論,分析兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的傳播路徑,根據(jù)傳播路徑的時(shí)空特征將示范效應(yīng)的傳播路徑分為經(jīng)地理勢(shì)差傳播的路徑和經(jīng)兵地關(guān)系傳播的路徑,并對(duì)不同路徑的示范效應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)要分析。采用二元Logistic模型,對(duì)示范傳播效果的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,即對(duì)地方農(nóng)戶獲得并采用兵團(tuán)先進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)“去團(tuán)場(chǎng)參觀次數(shù)”、“政府補(bǔ)貼”、“參與培訓(xùn)次數(shù)”、“對(duì)傳播渠道評(píng)價(jià)”對(duì)農(nóng)戶獲得并采用兵團(tuán)新技術(shù)有顯著影響。最后,文章通過調(diào)研及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,總結(jié)兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力傳播過程中存在的主要問題,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的建議,為完善兵團(tuán)農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的傳播路徑、提高傳播效率與示范效應(yīng)、促進(jìn)新疆兵團(tuán)與地方農(nóng)業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic product to support the construction and development of national economy. With the progress of technology, the world agriculture has undergone fundamental changes. Among them, the development of modern agriculture highlights the improvement of agricultural productivity. The No. 1 document issued continuously by the state supports and helps the "three rural areas". In order to realize the rapid and steady development of agriculture and promote the increase of farmers' income, agriculture is not only the basic industry to support the economic development of Bingtuan, but also its superior industry. In order to carry out the spirit of "18", we should make great efforts to promote the increase of farmers' income. To develop modern agriculture, we need to play the role of demonstration of advanced agricultural productivity, improve farmers' ability to acquire advanced technology and increase farmers' income. This study is combing the relevant literature at home and abroad. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories, this paper first studies the advanced agricultural productive forces of the Corps. By comparing and analyzing the agricultural productivity of Xinjiang Bingtuan and Xinjiang, and using DEA model to compare the agricultural productivity of Xinjiang and Xinjiang, the advanced nature of agricultural productivity of Xinjingtuan is judged. Secondly, according to the demonstration effect theory and technology diffusion theory, the demonstration effect of the advanced agricultural productivity is evaluated and analyzed. This paper describes the whole demonstration and the micro demonstration, and constructs the evaluation system of demonstration effect. Using factor analysis method to evaluate the "demonstration effect" of advanced agricultural productivity on local township agriculture in Bingtuanchang of Manas county, and it is concluded that the demonstration effect of 6 villages and towns is relatively significant. The three villages and towns are not significant, and the demonstration effect with the decline of geographical distance, with the increasing trend of the relationship between soldiers and land. This paper uses technology diffusion model and communication theory to analyze the spread path of the advanced productivity of agriculture in Xingtuan. According to the space-time characteristics of the transmission path, the propagation path of demonstration effect is divided into the path of transmission through geographical potential difference and the path of transmission through the relationship between military and land. And the demonstration effect of different paths is briefly analyzed. Using the binary Logistic model, the influencing factors of the demonstration propagation effect are analyzed. That is to say, the factors affecting the local farmers' obtaining and adopting the advanced agricultural productivity of the Corps are studied, and the results show that "the number of visits to the farm", "the government subsidy", and "the number of times of participating in training" are found. "Evaluation of the channel of communication" has a significant impact on farmers to acquire and adopt the new technology of the Corps. Finally, through research and statistical analysis, the paper summarizes the main problems in the spread of advanced agricultural productive forces in the Corps. Then the corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for improving the propagation path of the advanced agricultural productive forces, improving the communication efficiency and demonstration effect, and promoting the coordinated development between Xinjiang Corps and local agriculture.
