【摘要】：馬克思主義哲學(xué)是一種科學(xué)的世界觀和方法論,其基本理論是關(guān)于辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的理論,是以認(rèn)識(shí)世界和改造世界為根本任務(wù)的深刻且堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論。在社會(huì)活動(dòng)中,人類通過不斷的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)來認(rèn)識(shí)我們的客觀世界,并對(duì)客觀世界進(jìn)行改造。糧食是滿足人類生存與發(fā)展的物質(zhì)保障,是一切其他物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)和精神生活開展的前提,因此糧食安全關(guān)系著人類生存環(huán)境的安危,關(guān)系著一個(gè)國(guó)家的安危。本文對(duì)馬克思、列寧、斯大林等經(jīng)典作家對(duì)于糧食問題重視以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于糧食和糧食安全問題的諸多研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,旨在分析出影響我國(guó)糧食問題和糧食安全問題的主要原因,并認(rèn)為中國(guó)人口眾多,耕種面積有限,人均耕種面積低于世界平均水平,自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),這是中國(guó)多年以來都在面臨的局勢(shì)。與此同時(shí),隨著時(shí)代的不斷發(fā)展,影響糧食安全的因素日趨多樣化,安全形勢(shì)亦日益嚴(yán)峻,因此我們必須立足國(guó)內(nèi),通過完善自身的發(fā)展來解決這些問題。為解決好中國(guó)糧食安全問題,應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)情和糧食安全的目標(biāo)有較為充分的認(rèn)識(shí),明確糧食安全的主要問題和主要任務(wù)。有鑒于此,筆者從全面整體性、系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展性三個(gè)方面入手,為我國(guó)糧食安全的重大問題給出解決的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Marx philosophy is a scientific world outlook and methodology, the basic theory of dialectical materialism and historical materialism theory, is to understand and transform the world as the fundamental task of the profound and solid theory. In social activities, human beings through continuous practice to our understanding of the objective world. And the transformation of the objective world. The food is to satisfy the human survival and the development of material security, is the premise of all other material and spiritual activities carried out, so the food security relationship with the living environment of mankind's safety, related to a country's safety. In this paper, Marx, Lenin, Stalin and other classical writers to pay great attention to the problem of food many research achievements at home and abroad for food and food safety problems are summarized, aiming to analyze the effects of food and food security in our country. The main reason, and that China population, the cultivated area is limited, per capita cultivated area below the world average, frequent natural disasters, it is Chinese years in the face of the situation. At the same time, with the continuous development of the times, the influence factors of food security has become increasingly diversified, the security situation is increasingly serious, so we must be based on domestic to solve these problems, through the improvement of their own development. In order to solve the problem of food security China, deal with Chinese conditions and food security goal understanding more fully, clear the main problems of food security and main task. In view of this, the author from the overall, system coordination and long-term development of the three aspects of countermeasures to solve the major problems are the food safety in China.
