【摘要】：生物多樣性的保護(hù)是社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是生態(tài)安全和糧食安全的保障。[目的]為進(jìn)一步開展土地整治中保護(hù)生物多樣性研究提供借鑒。[方法]采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、歸納總結(jié)法從土地整治的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和后期管護(hù)層面,總結(jié)梳理土地整治中對(duì)生物多樣性保護(hù)的研究與工程實(shí)踐,并對(duì)其趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望。[結(jié)果]未來還需從以下幾方面進(jìn)行研究(1)加強(qiáng)生物多樣性保護(hù)在不同規(guī)劃中的具體體現(xiàn)以及不同規(guī)劃的銜接和融合;(2)強(qiáng)化景觀生態(tài)中生物多樣性保護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)方法在土地整治中的應(yīng)用以及設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新(3)注重土地整治中生態(tài)措施在施工方面的落實(shí)以及施工技術(shù)的提高;(4)更加注重土地整治中對(duì)生物多樣性保護(hù)后期管護(hù)的有效性,主要從技術(shù)和制度層面。[結(jié)論]土地整治的生物多樣性保護(hù)是貫徹落實(shí)"推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明"和"建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要工作,研究成果豐富土地整治內(nèi)涵,為生物多樣性保護(hù)提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The conservation of biological diversity is the basis of social sustainable development, ecological safety and food security. To provide reference for the further development. Methods: using the method of literature research on the conservation of biological diversity in land remediation, summarized the law from the land remediation planning, design, construction and post management level, summarize and research the project on biodiversity protection combing land consolidation practice, and the trends were discussed. The future research is needed from the following aspects: (1) to strengthen the protection of biodiversity and embody different planning and cohesion and integration in different planning; (2) to strengthen the research and development of innovative applications of landscape ecology in the biodiversity protection design method in land consolidation and Design Technology (3) ecological measures land consolidation in the construction and implementation of the construction technology to improve; (4) Pay more attention to the land on the biodiversity protection effectiveness of later management, important work mainly from the protection of technology and system level. Conclusion] land remediation of biodiversity is the implementation of "promoting ecological civilization" and "beautiful building Chinese" development strategy, abundant research achievements of land consolidation connotation, provide a theoretical reference for the biological the conservation of biodiversity.
