【摘要】：新發(fā)展理念作為指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要思想和方法論,為正確處理我國(guó)"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題提供了新視角。在合理分析我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要矛盾的基礎(chǔ)上,須將"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題作為一個(gè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)工程加以解決,即構(gòu)建以生態(tài)農(nóng)民為實(shí)踐主體、以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)為實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)、以生態(tài)農(nóng)村為實(shí)踐目標(biāo)的生態(tài)三農(nóng)系統(tǒng)。而生態(tài)三農(nóng)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行過(guò)程就是不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)民向現(xiàn)代生態(tài)農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)變、傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變、傳統(tǒng)村落向現(xiàn)代生態(tài)鄉(xiāng)村轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:As an important thought and methodology to guide the economic and social development of our country, the new development concept provides a new angle of view for correctly dealing with the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in our country. On the basis of the present situation and the main contradiction of the development of rural areas and farmers, we must solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" as an ecosystem project, that is to say, we should take ecological farmers as the main body of practice and ecological agriculture as the practical foundation. The operation process of the ecological agriculture, rural areas and farmers system is to realize the transformation from traditional farmers to modern ecological farmers and from traditional agriculture to modern ecological agriculture. The process of transformation from traditional village to modern ecological village.
