【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)的深度結(jié)合,科技的進(jìn)步帶動(dòng)了各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)便是科技運(yùn)用于農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)物。當(dāng)前設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為各地農(nóng)民增收致富的重要途徑,并推動(dòng)了農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。作為設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)形式之一的設(shè)施蔬菜,也在當(dāng)前中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中扮演著重要角色。本論文以伊犁河谷地帶設(shè)施蔬菜的發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該地區(qū)八縣一市的設(shè)施蔬菜產(chǎn)區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。在所得數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用比較研究法和相關(guān)理論知識(shí)對(duì)該地區(qū)設(shè)施蔬菜的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該地設(shè)施蔬菜的發(fā)展存在生產(chǎn)設(shè)施水平低,抗災(zāi)害能力弱;種植結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,產(chǎn)量相對(duì)較低;蔬菜種植區(qū)分散,缺乏品牌效益;銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)不穩(wěn)定,產(chǎn)品流通不暢;生產(chǎn)組織化偏低,規(guī)�；a(chǎn)不足等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,本論文結(jié)合該地實(shí)際情況作了原因分析。最后,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)及設(shè)施蔬菜發(fā)展成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合伊犁河谷設(shè)施蔬菜發(fā)展的潛在優(yōu)勢(shì)和當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況提出了多渠道增加資金投入,鼓勵(lì)設(shè)施蔬菜發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)科技推廣力度,充實(shí)技術(shù)人員力量;加強(qiáng)規(guī)�；a(chǎn),實(shí)施蔬菜品牌戰(zhàn)略;完善市場(chǎng)流通體系,培育經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體系;制定相關(guān)政策,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)組織模式等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the combination of science and economy in depth, the progress of science and technology promotes the development of various fields, agricultural facilities is used in agricultural science and technology in the field of agricultural products. The facility has become an important way for local farmers to get rich, and promote the growth of the agricultural economy. As one of the agricultural facilities in the form of vegetable, also the current Chinese plays an important role in the agricultural economic growth. In this paper, the development of Yili Valley vegetable as the research object, to a city in the region eight County facilities vegetable producing areas were investigated. In the data on the basis of the comparative research method and relevant theoretical knowledge of the development status of the vegetable in the region the analysis found that the development of the vegetable and the existence of low level production facilities, anti disaster capacity; planting structure is not reasonable, the yield is relatively low; vegetable planting division Scattered, lack of brand effect; sales market is not stable, product circulation is not smooth; the organization of production is low, the scale of the problem such as lack of production. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper combined with the actual situation for the reasons. Finally, in the foundation of summarizing the domestic and foreign agricultural facilities and facilities for vegetable development successful experience. With the development of vegetable Valley facilities in Yili the potential advantages and the actual situation of the multiple channels to increase capital investment, to encourage the development of vegetable; strengthening science and technology promotion efforts, enrich the strength of technical personnel; strengthen the scale of production, the implementation of brand strategy of vegetable; improve the market circulation system, foster economic cooperation system; formulate relevant policies, optimize the organization of production patterns and so on.
