【摘要】：通過耕地流轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,是解決"誰來種田"的關(guān)鍵。分析各因素對耕地流轉(zhuǎn)的作用及影響強(qiáng)度,識別其主導(dǎo)因素,對促進(jìn)耕地適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營具有積極意義。該文運(yùn)用對數(shù)平均迪氏分解方法(logarithmic mean weigh Division index method,LMDI)建立因素分解模型,定量評價(jià)并對比分析2008?2014年間中國省域耕地流轉(zhuǎn)變動(dòng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。研究結(jié)果表明,1)2008?2014年,中國耕地流轉(zhuǎn)面積累計(jì)增長了1.96?107 hm2,增長2.7倍,年均增長率達(dá)到24.40%,京津地區(qū)、黃淮海地區(qū)、長江中下游地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)等經(jīng)濟(jì)活躍或優(yōu)勢農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)區(qū)的耕地流轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)展較快。2)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、農(nóng)民增收因素、農(nóng)機(jī)化因素對耕地流轉(zhuǎn)有顯著的正向作用,其中農(nóng)機(jī)化因素對耕地流轉(zhuǎn)的促進(jìn)作用最大,研究期內(nèi)農(nóng)機(jī)化累計(jì)效應(yīng)促進(jìn)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)率提高18.16%,經(jīng)營意愿因素對耕地流轉(zhuǎn)有顯著的負(fù)向影響。3)區(qū)域之間4個(gè)分解因素的累計(jì)效應(yīng)存在顯著差異�？傮w而言,經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)促進(jìn)了華東與華南地區(qū)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)率的顯著提高,農(nóng)民增收效應(yīng)主要促進(jìn)了華東地區(qū)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)率提高,農(nóng)機(jī)化效應(yīng)促進(jìn)了大部分地區(qū)耕地流轉(zhuǎn)率提高10%以上,但華南與西南地區(qū)相對較低。
[Abstract]:It is the key to solve the problem of "who cultivates farmland" to realize the moderate scale management of agriculture through cultivated land circulation. The function and influence intensity of each factor on cultivated land circulation are analyzed, and the leading factors are identified. This paper applies the logarithmic average di decomposition method to promote the moderate scale management of cultivated land. Logarithmic mean weigh Division index method. LMDI) to establish a factorization model, quantitative evaluation and comparative analysis of 2008? The driving factors of the change of cultivated Land Circulation in China during 2014. In 2014, the area of cultivated land circulation in China increased by 1.96? The average annual growth rate is 24.40. The Beijing-Tianjin region, the Huanghuai Sea area, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River area. The economic factors, the factors of increasing farmers' income and the factors of agricultural mechanization have a significant positive effect on the transfer of cultivated land in the economic active or dominant agricultural production areas of Northeast China. The agricultural mechanization factor has the most promoting effect on the cultivated land circulation, and the cumulative effect of agricultural mechanization during the research period promotes the cultivated land circulation rate to increase by 18.16%. The cumulative effects of the four decomposition factors on cultivated land circulation were significantly different from each other. Generally speaking, there were significant differences among the four factors. The economic effect has promoted the cultivated land circulation rate of East China and South China to increase significantly, and the farmers' income increase effect has mainly promoted the increase of cultivated land circulation rate in East China. The effect of agricultural mechanization has promoted the rate of cultivated land circulation to increase by more than 10% in most areas, but it is relatively low in South and Southwest China.
