【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)近年來(lái)得到了越來(lái)越多的重視,國(guó)內(nèi)外很多地區(qū)將其看作是解決農(nóng)村問(wèn)題的一個(gè)有力措施。福安市的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)近幾年也得到快速發(fā)展,在拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收以及加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程方面起到的作用越來(lái)越大。為進(jìn)一步豐富福安市產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵,提升休閑產(chǎn)品附加值和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是必由之路。但其發(fā)展的過(guò)程中還存在許多問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題如果長(zhǎng)期得不到妥善解決,勢(shì)必會(huì)影響整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本文在休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、旅游產(chǎn)品生命周期理論、旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的指導(dǎo)下,選取福建省福安市為本文的研究對(duì)象,研究主要包括休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概述,定義、特征等,福安市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、游客特征等,對(duì)福安市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,包括發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件、劣勢(shì)條件、現(xiàn)有機(jī)會(huì)及面臨威脅,分析福安市發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件、存在的問(wèn)題等,并綜合國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外典型休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒美國(guó)、日本,國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒北京、成都,通過(guò)對(duì)這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究,認(rèn)清福安市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分析和尋找福安市發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)存在問(wèn)題的原因,提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議,使福安休閑農(nóng)業(yè)得到更好更良性持久的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture has been more and more attention in recent years, many regions at home and abroad as a powerful measure to solve the rural problems. Leisure agriculture in Fu'an city in recent years has been rapid development, in stimulating consumption, promoting the development of agricultural economy, increase the income of farmers and to accelerate the process of integration of urban and rural areas play a role more and to more. To further enrich the connotation of industry of Fu'an City, enhance the added value and market competitiveness of leisure products, leisure agriculture development is the only way which must be passed. But there are still many problems in the process of its development, if these problems are not solved properly the long-term, it is bound to affect the healthy development of the whole industry. Based on the theory of leisure economy, experience economic theory, life cycle theory of tourism products, tourism sustainable development under the guidance of the theory, from Fu'an city of Fujian Province as the research object of this paper, the research mainly includes Overview of leisure agriculture's definition, characteristics, development status of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, the characteristics of tourists, SWOT analysis of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, including the advantages, disadvantages of leisure agriculture development conditions, existing opportunities and threats, advantages of the development of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, the existing problems, and comprehensive domestic and foreign typical leisure agriculture development and operation experience, foreign experience from the United States, Japan, Chengdu, Beijing and domestic experience, through the study of these experiences, recognizing the current situation of leisure agriculture development in Fu'an City, search and analyze the development of leisure agriculture in Fu'an city is the cause of the problem, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions, so that the development of Fu'an leisure agriculture to get better and more lasting benign.
