【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國旅游行業(yè)近年持續(xù)火爆。無人島嶼由于其天然具備的自然條件優(yōu)勢,具備非常豐富的旅游資源,也受到諸多旅游愛好者的青睞。近年來,隨著我國相關(guān)政策的逐步放開,一些靠近黃金海岸的無人島嶼的開發(fā)已經(jīng)是如火如荼,儼然成為了旅游項目開發(fā)的一個新的亮點。但是,無人島嶼旅游項目的開發(fā)與其他的旅游項目開發(fā)相比具有較多的特殊性,其成本一般相對較高,同時其風(fēng)險也相對較大,如果對項目開發(fā)的成本管理存在不足,很有可能造成項目開發(fā)的成本過高,難以實現(xiàn)盈利,甚至直接導(dǎo)致項目的失敗。因此,加強(qiáng)無人島嶼旅游項目開發(fā)過程中的項目成本管理至關(guān)重要。 文章首先對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于項目成本管理以及無人島嶼旅游項目開發(fā)的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對無人島嶼旅游項目開發(fā)中的成本控制要點以及項目成本控制的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了探討。然后,文章以XX島嶼的旅游項目開發(fā)為例,通過構(gòu)建模糊綜合評價模型,對其當(dāng)前的項目成本控制進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)出了其存在的不足,并有針對性的提出了改進(jìn)建議和相關(guān)的對策。希望本文的研究能夠有助于我們更好的對無人島嶼旅游項目開發(fā)中進(jìn)行更好的項目成本管理,促進(jìn)我國無人島嶼旅游資源的有效開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, China's tourism industry in recent years continued unpopular. Because of its natural uninhabited islands have natural advantages, has very rich tourism resources, but also by many travel enthusiasts of all ages. In recent years, with China's relevant policies gradually liberalized, the development of some of the uninhabited islands near the Gold Coast is like a raging fire, has become a new bright spot of tourism development. However, compared with the particularity of uninhabited islands tourism project development and other tourism project development has more, the cost is relatively high, but the risk is relatively large, if the cost management of project development problems, is likely to lead project development costs too high, it is difficult to achieve profitability, even lead to the failure of the project. Therefore, to strengthen the unmanned island tourism project development process Cost management is of vital importance.
This paper first analyzes the current domestic and foreign project cost management as well as the uninhabited islands tourism project development and related research situation, on this basis, to control the development of uninhabited islands tourism project cost points and project cost control theory is discussed. Then, based on the XX island tourism project development as an example by constructing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the current project cost control are analyzed, summed up its shortcomings, and puts forward relevant improvement suggestions and countermeasures. I hope this study can help us better for better project cost management on the development of uninhabited islands tourism project to promote the effective development of uninhabited islands, the tourism resources in China.
