【摘要】：正平衡計(jì)分卡是一個(gè)研究"掙錢"問題的理論,企業(yè)中所有的活動最終都要指向財(cái)務(wù)層面的利潤。以CFO為首的財(cái)務(wù)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)要幫助每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)部門和職能部門的經(jīng)理人找到其活動與利潤之間的關(guān)系。2004年6月,我和妻子孫薇博士翻譯的《平衡計(jì)分卡:化戰(zhàn)略為行動》出版。該書是由全球知名管理會計(jì)專家、哈佛商學(xué)院會計(jì)與管理系羅伯特·卡普蘭教授和咨詢顧問大衛(wèi)·諾頓所著,是管理會計(jì)領(lǐng)域具有里程碑意義的經(jīng)典著作。令我沒有想到的是,這本書的出版成為我個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的里程碑,我因此為許多企業(yè)和組織提供了平衡計(jì)
[Abstract]:Positive balanced scorecard is a theory to study the problem of "making money". All the activities in the enterprise ultimately point to the profit at the financial level. The financial management team, led by CFO, helps managers in each business and functional department find the relationship between their activities and profits. In June 2004, my wife, Dr. Sun Wei, translated the balanced Scorecard: strategy for Action. The book, written by Robert Kaplan, a world-renowned management accounting expert and professor of accounting and management at Harvard Business School, and consultant David Norton, is a landmark classic in the field of management accounting. To my surprise, the publication of this book became a milestone in my personal career, and I provided a balance for many enterprises and organizations.
