【摘要】：正這是一份極其珍貴的史料——中華蘇維埃共和國(guó)國(guó)家銀行總行第一年度全年全體總決算書。它放在我的面前,無(wú)聲地向我訴說(shuō)紅色金融的起源。那是一段何其艱難的歷程。風(fēng)雨如磐的1931年11月,中華蘇維埃共和國(guó)臨時(shí)中央政府剛剛成立,即決定建立蘇維埃共和國(guó)國(guó)家銀行。經(jīng)過(guò)短暫的籌備,到1932年2月1日,國(guó)家銀行開業(yè)時(shí),只有行長(zhǎng)、會(huì)計(jì)、出納、兌換兼雜務(wù)5個(gè)人。經(jīng)過(guò)一年多的發(fā)展,到1933年5月,國(guó)家銀行擴(kuò)展到國(guó)庫(kù)科、會(huì)計(jì)科等7個(gè)科室。后隨著福建分行及一些縣支行和兌換處逐步建立,工作
[Abstract]:This is an extremely valuable historical data-the head office of the National Bank of the Soviet Republic of China the first year of the total final accounts. It put in front of me, silently told me the origin of red finance. It was a difficult journey. In November 1931, the interim Central Government of the Soviet Republic of China had just been established and decided to establish the National Bank of the Soviet Republic. After a brief preparation, by February 1, 1932, when the National Bank opened, there were only five governors, accountants, cashiers, converters and clerks. After more than a year of development, by May 1933, the National Bank expanded to treasury, accounting and other seven departments.
