【摘要】：信用作為企業(yè)最寶貴的無形資產,通常被視為企業(yè)的靈魂。在我國,國家信用體系尚未建立,企業(yè)信用管理工作尚未得到足夠的重視,很多企業(yè)內部信用管理工作仍是一片空白,與此同時出現(xiàn)的是企業(yè)失信問題的普遍存在并且愈演愈烈,逐漸發(fā)展成為制約我國企業(yè)生存發(fā)展和阻礙市場經濟體制健康發(fā)展的重要原因。 本文以十四冶建設集團有限公司內部信用管理體系為主要研究對象,主要論述該體系的內容,實施措施和評估方法等。在介紹了企業(yè)信用管理理論,并通過分析中國企業(yè)目前的內部信用管理發(fā)展形勢,結合十四冶建設集團有限公司實際業(yè)務需要的基礎上,指出構建企業(yè)信用管理體系的重要性。即構建以企業(yè)信用管理部門為主要執(zhí)行者,以財務指標分析評估、專家打分為技術手段,,以構建企業(yè)信用文化為最終目標的構建模式,使企業(yè)的經營管理實踐具有更強的可操作性。最后,文章提出內部信用管理系統(tǒng)模型實施的建議和進行評估的方法。通過研究分析,本文得出的結論是：應當建立健全合理的企業(yè)信用管理體系,從根本上改變企業(yè)信用管理的落后局面,構建一整套嚴格的內部信用風險管理制度,改善業(yè)務流程回款。沿著這一思路,全過程管理模式正在逐步運用完善起來。 本文把理論與實踐相結合,在對數(shù)據(jù)充分在掌握的基礎上結合相應的理論,綜合運用定性分析方法進行分析,這種理論與數(shù)據(jù)的有效結合,使文章更具說服力和可信度,結論更加科學和全面。
[Abstract]:As the most valuable intangible asset, credit is usually regarded as the soul of the enterprise. In our country, the national credit system has not yet been established, the enterprise credit management has not been paid enough attention to, many enterprises' internal credit management is still a blank. At the same time, the problem of enterprise discredit exists widely and becomes more and more serious, which gradually becomes an important reason that restricts the survival and development of Chinese enterprises and hinders the healthy development of market economy system. In this paper, the internal credit management system of Shiwu Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd is taken as the main research object, and the contents, implementation measures and evaluation methods of the system are mainly discussed. This paper introduces the theory of enterprise credit management, and points out the importance of constructing enterprise credit management system on the basis of analyzing the development situation of internal credit management of Chinese enterprises and combining with the actual business needs of Shiwu Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. That is, to build a model with the enterprise credit management department as the main executor, the financial index as the analysis and evaluation, the experts as the technical means, and the enterprise credit culture as the ultimate goal. Make the management practice of the enterprise have stronger maneuverability. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and evaluation methods for the implementation of internal credit management system model. Through research and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: we should establish a sound and reasonable enterprise credit management system, fundamentally change the backward situation of enterprise credit management, and construct a set of strict internal credit risk management system. Improve business process payback. Along this line of thought, the whole process management model is gradually applied and perfected. This paper combines theory with practice, combines the theory with the corresponding theory on the basis of mastering the data, synthetically uses the qualitative analysis method to carry on the analysis, this kind of effective combination of the theory and the data, makes the article more persuasive and reliable. The conclusion is more scientific and comprehensive.
