【摘要】：羊群行為是一種非理性行為行為,其表現(xiàn)為投資者忽略私有信息,而跟從市場中大多數(shù)人進行決策。董事會作為上市公司治理的核心,在很大程度上決定企業(yè)的投資決策,進而影響公司的投資行為。本文通過研究汽車行業(yè)投資中羊群行為的存在性,以及董事會特征對企業(yè)投資羊群行為的影響,認(rèn)為我國汽車行業(yè)上市公司投資存在較明顯的羊群行為行為,而董事會特征是影響投資羊群行為的重要因素,其中董事會規(guī)模、董事長持股和董事會年齡與企業(yè)投資羊群行為顯著相關(guān)。這些研究結(jié)論可以為公司合理安排董事會結(jié)構(gòu),進行理性投資提供參考。
[Abstract]:Herding behavior is a kind of irrational behavior, which shows that investors ignore private information and follow most people in the market to make decisions. As the core of corporate governance, the board of directors determines the investment decision of the company to a great extent, and then affects the investment behavior of the company. By studying the existence of herding behavior in automobile industry investment and the influence of board characteristics on herding behavior of enterprises, this paper concludes that there is obvious herding behavior in the investment of listed companies in automobile industry in China. The characteristics of the board of directors are the important factors that influence the herding behavior. The size of the board of directors, the ownership of the chairman and the age of the board of directors are significantly related to the herding behavior of enterprises. These conclusions can provide reference for rational arrangement of board structure and rational investment.
