【摘要】:汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)汽車(chē)零配件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流服務(wù)能力提出了更高的要求。提高物流運(yùn)作效率,優(yōu)化作業(yè)資源配置,成為倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)控制物流成本的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。 本文圍繞倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)資源配置問(wèn)題,從企業(yè)實(shí)際出發(fā),通過(guò)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)流程分析與建模,深入探討流程、作業(yè)與資源之間的定性及定量關(guān)系,對(duì)影響倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)資源配置的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行求解,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建資源配置模型及資源作業(yè)效率優(yōu)化模型,最終達(dá)到合理配置作業(yè)資源、提升物流運(yùn)作效率并節(jié)約倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)成本的目的。解決企業(yè)實(shí)際問(wèn)題的同時(shí),為研究作業(yè)資源配置問(wèn)題提供了新思路。 通過(guò)對(duì)汽車(chē)零配件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程直接影響倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)資源配置。因此,本文對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深度挖掘,采用流程分級(jí)的辦法研究業(yè)務(wù)流程不同層級(jí)作業(yè)之間、同級(jí)作業(yè)之間的聯(lián)系,并借助IDEFO流程建模方法進(jìn)一步明確流程、作業(yè)及資源之間的關(guān)系。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建業(yè)務(wù)流程二維表數(shù)據(jù)模型,應(yīng)用ABC法對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)成本進(jìn)行定性分析,并構(gòu)建定量模型求解資源作業(yè)效率、資源成本及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的作業(yè)任務(wù)量等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。最終,構(gòu)建倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)資源配置線性規(guī)劃模型及逆優(yōu)化模型,優(yōu)化資源數(shù)量的同時(shí),對(duì)資源作業(yè)效率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并給出了逆優(yōu)化模型在企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)中基于現(xiàn)有資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置的兩種典型應(yīng)用。實(shí)例分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性和實(shí)用性,解決了企業(yè)實(shí)踐中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 綜合以上研究,本文對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)流程的深入討論,對(duì)作業(yè)成本的定性、定量研究結(jié)果及對(duì)資源作業(yè)效率的優(yōu)化,有助于企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)更加合理、符合實(shí)際需要的資源配置方案,具有一定的理論借鑒意義和較好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, higher requirements are put forward for the service ability of automobile spare parts storage and logistics. To improve the efficiency of logistics operation and optimize the allocation of operational resources are the key issues for warehouse enterprises to control logistics costs. This paper focuses on the problem of resource allocation of warehousing operations, starting from the actual situation of enterprises, through the analysis and modeling of warehousing business processes, deeply discusses the qualitative and quantitative relationship between processes, activities and resources. The key parameters affecting the allocation of storage resources are solved, and then the resource allocation model and the resource operation efficiency optimization model are constructed to achieve the purpose of reasonably allocating the operational resources, improving the efficiency of logistics operation and saving the cost of warehouse activities. At the same time, it provides a new way to study the problem of job resource allocation. Through the investigation of automobile spare parts storage business, it is found that business process directly affects storage resource allocation. Therefore, this paper carries on the deep mining to the business process itself characteristic, uses the process classification method to study the business process between different levels of jobs, the relationship between the same level of jobs, and with the help of IDEFO process modeling method to further clarify the process, The relationship between operations and resources. On this basis, the two-dimensional data model of business process is constructed, and the qualitative analysis of warehouse activity cost is carried out by using ABC method, and a quantitative model is constructed to solve the key parameters, such as resource efficiency, resource cost and standardized task volume. Finally, a linear programming model and an inverse optimization model are constructed to optimize the resource efficiency while optimizing the quantity of resources. Two typical applications of inverse optimization model based on existing resources are given. The results of example analysis verify the validity and practicability of the model and solve the practical problems in enterprise practice. Synthesizing the above research, this paper discusses the warehouse business process deeply, the qualitative and quantitative research results of the activity cost and the optimization of the resource operation efficiency, which is helpful for the enterprise to design more reasonable and meet the actual needs of the resource allocation scheme. It has certain theoretical reference significance and better practical application value.
