【摘要】：我國(guó)是原料藥生產(chǎn)大國(guó),卻不是生產(chǎn)強(qiáng)國(guó)。我國(guó)的原料藥多屬低端原料藥。要提高我國(guó)原料藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必然要進(jìn)軍中高端原料藥市場(chǎng)。以RY公司為代表的科技型中小原料藥企業(yè),能否募集到足夠的投產(chǎn)資金,將工藝技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的生產(chǎn)能力,直接關(guān)系著我國(guó)整個(gè)原料藥行業(yè)能否成功轉(zhuǎn)型。 RY公司經(jīng)過(guò)八年的探索和積累,已成功掌握了多種特色抗腫瘤原料藥及中間體產(chǎn)品的規(guī)�；a(chǎn)工藝。為了進(jìn)一步拓展國(guó)際原料藥市場(chǎng),其首要解決的是籌措建設(shè)資金的問(wèn)題。然而,RY公司同其他中小科技型企業(yè)一樣,面對(duì)成熟的生產(chǎn)工藝和廣闊的銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng),卻因缺乏清晰明確的融資策略,難以獲得所需的投產(chǎn)資金。 為解決RY公司的融資難題,本文從RY公司的融資環(huán)境和自身財(cái)務(wù)狀況入手,詳盡分析了RY公司的財(cái)務(wù)狀況和預(yù)期投資收益；通過(guò)對(duì)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)資金的需求量和建設(shè)資金的需求量的量化分析,確定了公司的融資規(guī)模；最后,通過(guò)構(gòu)建融資評(píng)價(jià)模型,制定出以?xún)?nèi)部融資方案和權(quán)益融資方案為主,以債務(wù)融資方案為補(bǔ)充的科學(xué)有效的融資方案。 通過(guò)對(duì)RY公司融資策略的應(yīng)用研究,很好的解決了RY公司的融資難題,對(duì)于類(lèi)似的科技型中小原料藥企業(yè)制定相關(guān)的融資策略具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Our country is big country of raw material medicine production, but not strong country of production. Most of the raw materials in China belong to low end raw materials. In order to improve the international competitiveness of China's API industry, it is necessary to enter the mid-high-end API market. Whether the small and medium sized raw material pharmaceutical enterprises, represented by ry Company, can raise enough funds to turn the process technology into actual production capacity is directly related to the successful transformation of the whole raw material medicine industry in China. After eight years of exploration and accumulation, ry has successfully mastered the large-scale production process of various characteristic antitumor raw materials and intermediates. In order to further expand the international API market, its primary solution is to raise construction funds. However, in the face of mature production technology and broad sales market, the company, like other small and medium-sized technological enterprises, is difficult to obtain the necessary fund for production because of the lack of clear financing strategy. In order to solve the financing problem of ry Company, this paper starts with the financing environment and its own financial situation of ry Company, and analyzes the financial situation and expected investment income of ry Company in detail. Through the quantitative analysis of the demand for operating funds and construction funds, the financing scale of the company is determined. Finally, the internal financing scheme and the equity financing scheme are established through the construction of the financing evaluation model. A scientific and effective financing scheme supplemented by a debt financing scheme. Through the research on the application of financing strategy of ry company, it solves the financing problem of ry company well, and has reference value for similar small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises of science and technology type to formulate the related financing strategy.
