【摘要】：選用2011年各省市的數(shù)據(jù),運用主成分分析法對我國三十一個省的創(chuàng)新水平進行綜合評分,然后通過構(gòu)建計量模型,研究我國三十一個省份的創(chuàng)新水平與財政性教育支出的關系。研究結(jié)果表明:東部地區(qū)的創(chuàng)新水平遠高于中、西部和東北部三大區(qū)域,而這三大區(qū)域創(chuàng)新水平的差距在統(tǒng)計上不顯著;財政性教育支出與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新水平有正相關關系,但財政性教育支出對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新水平的推動作用有待加強。政府應加大對教育的投資,要平衡教育投資在各區(qū)域間的分配,更好地貫徹科教興國戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型國家。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of every province and city in 2011, this paper uses principal component analysis method to evaluate the innovation level of 31 provinces in China, and then studies the relationship between the innovation level of 31 provinces and the expenditure of financial education by constructing the econometric model. The results show that the innovation level in the eastern region is much higher than that in the central, western and northeast regions, but the gap among the three regions is not statistically significant, and there is a positive correlation between the financial expenditure on education and the level of regional innovation. However, the role of fiscal education expenditure in promoting regional innovation needs to be strengthened. The government should increase the investment in education, balance the distribution of education investment among different regions, better carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and construct an innovative country.
