【摘要】：正一、高等學(xué)校財(cái)務(wù)管理的特點(diǎn)高等學(xué)校作為一個事業(yè)單位,無疑具有事業(yè)單位的公益性、資金來源的財(cái)政性、提供公益服務(wù)的重要性等特點(diǎn)。高等學(xué)校作為獨(dú)立的事業(yè)法人,與其他的事業(yè)法人相比較,也有自身的行業(yè)特點(diǎn):如高校開展的公益性服務(wù)活動具有多樣性和交叉性,不僅有人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究,還有社會服務(wù)和文化傳承,
