【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化背景下,發(fā)展中國家對外投資問題日益成為關(guān)注的焦點。本文在分析國際對外投資領(lǐng)域研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以具體和動態(tài)的視角研究了發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家礦業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展以及對外投資路徑,進而從礦業(yè)企業(yè)外部環(huán)境與企業(yè)能力兩個角度對兩類企業(yè)進行了對比分析,并給出了簡要的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the problem of developing countries' outward investment is becoming the focus of attention. This paper studies the development of mining enterprises in developed and developing countries and the path of their outward investment from a specific and dynamic perspective, and then makes a comparative analysis of the two types of enterprises from the perspective of external environment and enterprise capability of mining enterprises. A brief conclusion is given.
