【摘要】：隨著社會經濟的發(fā)展，資源短缺，環(huán)境污染問題日益嚴重，環(huán)境污染問題成為全人類共同關注的嚴峻問題。制藥工業(yè)，尤其是化學原料藥行業(yè)污染嚴重。隨著醫(yī)藥工業(yè)的發(fā)展，制藥工業(yè)帶來的危害越來越大，引起了人們廣泛的關注。面臨環(huán)境保護的嚴峻形勢，如何更好的控制成本，成為每一個制藥企業(yè)關注的問題。 本文從醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的特點和A公司的實際出發(fā)，結合醫(yī)藥行業(yè)廢水廢渣處理技術的分析，應用作業(yè)成本法相關理論，完成公司生產工藝流程分析，廢料處理方案分析。根據作業(yè)成本管理分析，進行了作業(yè)確認以及作業(yè)中心劃分，，并建立了作業(yè)庫，經過成本動因的分析，完成了作業(yè)綜合分析，分析了A公司廢料處理的經濟效益和環(huán)境效益。 A公司所使用的廢料與廢水處理方案，以及其工藝改革對廢料與廢水產生的控制和新技術的應用，為今后醫(yī)藥生產中廢料與廢水的處理提供了很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the shortage of resources and the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, the problem of environmental pollution has become a serious problem of common concern of all mankind. The pharmaceutical industry, especially the chemical API industry, is seriously polluted. With the development of pharmaceutical industry, Facing the severe situation of environmental protection, how to better control the cost has become the problem that every pharmaceutical enterprise pays attention to. Based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical industry and the reality of Company A, this paper analyzes the waste water treatment technology of pharmaceutical industry, and applies the theory of activity-based costing to complete the analysis of the production process of the company. Waste disposal scheme analysis. According to activity-based cost management analysis, activity confirmation and activity center division are carried out, and the job database is established. After cost driver analysis, the comprehensive activity analysis is completed. The economic and environmental benefits of waste disposal in company A are analyzed. The treatment scheme of waste and wastewater used by Company A, the control of waste and wastewater produced by its technological reform and the application of new technology provide a good reference for the treatment of waste and wastewater in pharmaceutical production in the future.
