【摘要】：項目可行性研究是項目立項階段最重要的核心文件，是確定建設(shè)項目前具有決定性意義的工作，是指對擬建項目有關(guān)的自然、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)等進(jìn)行調(diào)研、分析比較以及預(yù)測建成后的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在此基礎(chǔ)上，綜合論證項目建設(shè)的必要性，財務(wù)的盈利性，經(jīng)濟(jì)上的合理性，技術(shù)上的先進(jìn)性和適應(yīng)性以及建設(shè)條件的可能性和可行性，，從而為投資決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 近年來汽車事業(yè)的發(fā)展，尤其是零部件行業(yè)的迅猛推進(jìn)，許多研究人員致力于汽車零部件行業(yè)的項目可行性研究。本文對地通塔奧汽車車身件及底盤件等金屬構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)項目可行性研究的一般過程做出簡介，導(dǎo)出汽車零部件行業(yè)可行性研究工作的關(guān)鍵部分。本文首先介紹了項目建設(shè)可行性理論國內(nèi)外發(fā)展與實踐的基本情況，重點解釋了項目投資建設(shè)理論和風(fēng)險管理理論。隨后本文對地通塔奧汽車車身件及底盤件等金屬構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)項目建設(shè)的必要性進(jìn)行了研究分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用項目建設(shè)投資評價方法對本項目的投資估算及資金籌措模式以及項目財務(wù)方面的清償能力的可行性進(jìn)行了論證，并采用風(fēng)險管理理論的方法對本項目在投資建設(shè)中可能存在的風(fēng)險以及風(fēng)險的規(guī)避措施進(jìn)行了探討。最后對這個項目進(jìn)行了整體的可行性分析評價，總結(jié)出結(jié)論并提出相關(guān)管理建議。
[Abstract]:The feasibility study of the project is the most important core document in the stage of project establishment, is the decisive work before determining the construction project, and refers to the investigation of the nature, society, economy, technology and so on related to the proposed project. On the basis of this, the necessity of project construction, the financial profit, and the economic rationality of the project are comprehensively demonstrated. The advancement and adaptability of technology as well as the possibility and feasibility of construction conditions provide scientific basis for investment decision. In recent years, the development of automobile industry, especially the rapid development of parts industry, Many researchers focus on project feasibility studies in the automotive parts industry. This paper gives a brief introduction to the general process of the feasibility study on the production of metal components such as auto body parts and chassis parts. The key part of the feasibility study of automobile parts industry is derived. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of the development and practice of the feasibility theory of project construction at home and abroad. This paper mainly explains the theory of project investment and risk management. Then this paper studies and analyzes the necessity of the construction of metal components such as the body parts and chassis parts of Tatao. On the basis of this, the feasibility of the investment estimation and financing model of the project and the solvency of the project finance are demonstrated by using the project construction investment evaluation method. The risk management theory is used to discuss the possible risks and the measures to avoid the risks in the investment and construction of the project. Finally, the feasibility analysis and evaluation of the project as a whole are carried out. Summarize the conclusions and put forward the relevant management suggestions.
