【摘要】：摘要：近年來,我國新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是不可否認(rèn),目前正面臨技術(shù)瓶頸。發(fā)達(dá)國家的新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新推動新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的集約化和技術(shù)化發(fā)展,是實(shí)現(xiàn)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)高效可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然途徑。因此,深入、系統(tǒng)地對我國新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效進(jìn)行理論分析和實(shí)證研究,對于進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入的重要作用、改善技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入資源配置和提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效產(chǎn)出水平具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價值。 本文在對國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究和文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,主要采用多元線性回歸、柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)、DEA和DEA-Malmquist等方法對新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對其績效的影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了深入分析和研究,并對新能源企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效進(jìn)行了評價。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容有：(1)在對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效理論進(jìn)行分析和梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,確立了本文技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效的涵義；(2)從理論上分析了新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效影響因素和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對其績效的影響效應(yīng)；(3)運(yùn)用多元線性回歸和柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)實(shí)證研究了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對其績效的影響效應(yīng)；(4)運(yùn)用DEA和DEA-Malmquist方法從靜態(tài)和動態(tài)兩個方面對新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效進(jìn)行了測度與評價。 本文通過理論和實(shí)證研究分析得出以下結(jié)論：新能源企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對其績效產(chǎn)出具有正向促進(jìn)作用；技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對其績效產(chǎn)出的影響具有滯后性和累積性,最佳滯后期為兩年；我國新能源企業(yè)整體技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效水平低下,但是仍呈現(xiàn)出緩慢增長的趨勢,分行業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效水平存在差異,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入績效受到技術(shù)進(jìn)步、企業(yè)規(guī)模和管理水平的影響。圖19幅,表26個,參考文獻(xiàn)87篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, the rapid development of China's new energy industry, however, is currently facing the technical bottleneck of the development of new energy industry. The experience of developed countries shows that the use of technology innovation to promote the intensive and technology development of new energy industry, new energy industry is the inevitable way to achieve efficient and sustainable development. Therefore, in-depth, systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research on the investment performance of technology innovation of new energy enterprises in China, to further test the important role of new energy enterprises in technological innovation, improve the technological innovation investment allocation of resources and improve the technology innovation investment performance level has important theoretical significance and practical value.
Based on the domestic and foreign innovation, technological innovation, technological innovation in basic research and literature review of performance related theory, by using multiple linear regression, Cobb Douglas production function, the technology innovation of new energy enterprises put into effect on the performance of the in-depth analysis and Research on DEA and DEA-Malmquist methods. And the technological innovation of new energy enterprise investment performance was evaluated. The main contents of this paper are: (1) based on the analysis and research about the investment performance of the theory of technological innovation, this paper establishes the investment performance of the meaning of technological innovation; (2) from the theoretical analysis of the new energy enterprises in technological innovation performance the influence factors and technological innovation into effect on its performance; (3) using multiple linear regression and Cobb Douglas production function research on technology innovation investment The effect of the performance; (4) using DEA and DEA-Malmquist methods of measurement and evaluation of technological innovation of new energy enterprise investment performance from two aspects of static and dynamic.
This paper draws the following conclusions through theoretical and Empirical Analysis: the new energy technology innovation investment has positive effect on the performance of output; with a lag and cumulative effect on the performance of technology innovation input and output, the optimal lag period for two years; new energy enterprises overall low level of China's technological innovation performance, but still shows a slow growth trend, the industry enterprise technology innovation investment performance differences in the level of technological innovation, investment performance by technological progress, enterprise scale and management level. 19 charts, 26 tables, 87 references.
