【摘要】：碳金融作為金融體系應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的重要機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,包含了市場(chǎng)、工具、服務(wù)和制度等要素,主要指服務(wù)于旨在減少溫室氣體排放的各種金融制度安排和依托于碳交易的金融活動(dòng)。發(fā)展碳金融可以推動(dòng)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。本文在剖析國際碳金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了我國發(fā)展碳金融的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Carbon finance, as an important mechanism for the financial system to respond to climate change, includes market, instruments, services and institutions. It mainly refers to various financial institutional arrangements and financial activities based on carbon trading aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The development of carbon finance can promote the development of low-carbon economy and accelerate the adjustment of economic structure. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of international carbon finance market, this paper probes into the countermeasures of developing carbon finance in China.
