【摘要】：從一個新的視角——經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角基于生產(chǎn)函數(shù)定義"區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力"分析一個地區(qū)利用自身現(xiàn)有資本、勞動等要素稟賦發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢,使生產(chǎn)函數(shù)連續(xù)發(fā)生變化的能力。而從經(jīng)驗含義看,制度激勵、技術(shù)改進(jìn)都能增進(jìn)區(qū)域自我發(fā)展能力。因此,提高西部地區(qū)自我發(fā)展能力應(yīng)加大技術(shù)投入并促進(jìn)西部制度創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition of "regional self-development ability" from a new perspective of economics, this paper analyzes the ability of a region to make use of its existing capital, labor and other factor endowments to make continuous changes in production functions. From the point of view of experience, institutional motivation and technical improvement can enhance the ability of regional self-development. Therefore, to improve the ability of self-development of the western region, we should increase the technical input and promote the innovation of the western system.
